House was very hot (80 degrees), and never cooled down, but only got hotter as the day went on. Contacted owner and he was condescending and rude about the situation. He would not send an air conditioning company to assess the problem. Contacted booking agent and they were able get a refund. Although that was acceptable it ruined the trip and we only stayed one night and went home the second morning and did not have a vacation we had been planning for many months.

It was very clean. Beds were comfortable. The location was great. No problems with checking in or out. Property management was very prompt in responding to any questions.

The beach chairs were a bit old and rusty. The electric stove smelled funny when turned on. Fridge did not have an icemaker. No blender.

Beds were too too soft. Extremely uncomfortable to sleep when so soft

The location was fantastic with a few dozen steps to a quiet part of the beach. We had some issues on arrival that were clearly related to a prior tenant, but these were fully resolved by the next morning and we were well compensated for the problems. The size of the cottage was perfect for us with 3 adults and 2 kids, but might be too small for some. The living room couch is big enough for 2 people to sleep comfortably.

The restroom is small, especially for a larger individual, with no bathtub. There is no washer or dryer. There are a few minor repairs needed for things like wall plates that cover the cable wires in every room - the screws aren't attached and need to be reanchored. One of the blinds doesn't come down fully to cover the lower part of that window. These are all minor issues for a 3-day stay.

The cottage was clean, cozy and steps from the beach.
