Communication with the owner Tidiness in the apartment Equipment in the apartment Comfy beds and blankets Location and its surroundings Peaceful, quiet and safe neighbourhood We even got a welcome present in form of some sweet treats <3 From the moment we arrived, we were taken care of. We received clear instructions on how to check in and some recommendations where to dine. Unluckily for us, our car broke down with a clutch problem on our last day while on a trip to Hungary. We needed to tow the car to Oradea, find a proper service on a weekend and wait till the repairs were done. There was no problem with prolonging our stay at the apartment to our liking - so we could wait for our car to be repaired. The guest, Monika, really helped us through all of this and gave us some useful tips and recommendations. She made sure we were treated right and wanted us to give her updates on our car problem. She even asked if we arrived home safe and whether the repairs were done right way after our stay. We really appreciate you, Monika, and will gladly come again if we ever happen to visit Romania again.
