The location is great and the comfort inside the house is very good, with plenty of space.

The proximity of where I needed to be was perfect.
The apartment is plenty for 2 persons to stay.
The Adega a Buraca is next door.
Parking was provided.
I assume, because I stayed during the off-season, that some maintenance hadn't taken place. Humidity is common, yet the place smelled moldy and also there wasn't a heating unit for this particular season. Not enough blankets to make up for it as well.
I stay in Pico annually, therefore I am aware of the seasons and of what various hosts provide.

"Perfect location for us to see the entire island. The home was well-appointed and extremely clean. We especially appreciated the attentiveness of the host, and the on-site parking. And it is immediate..."
