The entire process from booking, arrival and departure was super easy. The staff always answered the phones and helped with any issues or questions we had. The house was much larger than the pictures showed which was wonderful! My kids had a great time in the game room and the hot tub which they empty and clean after each rental stay!! The mattresses in each room were a little rough feeling but everything was very clean! I will be staying again at this property or other properties that they offer :)

The house was large and comfortable for all of us. The hot tub was nice and maintained, the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to make a few meals. Everything worked as needed. My only concern was the age of the pool tab as one side of the felt is ripped. Otherwise this house was awesome and I look forward to visiting again. Also, the host was very quick on any concerns and made sure we settled in nicely. Overall five star stay.

House was nice and close to Dollywood. Cleaning could have been better in the bathrooms and floor could have been cleaner but overall the kids enjoyed the arcade (my 5 year old referral) and house was plenty big enough for 10 people. Need to have better instructions for the TVs as 2 we could never get any stations.

Over all the stay was fantastic. The house was clean and very nice. The balcony was wonderful to drink coffee on in the morning and listen to the sounds of nature. The microwave and a downstairs TV did not work. We reported this and a new microwave and TV was installed. The arcade game and the basketball game did not work and the grill is rusted out and needs to be replaced for safety.
