The place was perfect and well maintained. We were impressed by the upgraded shampoo and conditioner instead of the usual dollar store things found in other properties. The children games were a nice touch. We had an issue with the fire pit and they sent out there handy man on Christmas Eve! He made the day with his humor when he diagnosed the problem as user error. So he taught us how to use it and reassured us we were staying with Branson’s best in service!

The House was perfect for our family getaway!! Very spacious, Great Location, Hot Tub was awesome to sit in at night!! Kids loved the indoor pool and games downstairs in basement!! Kitchen had all things needed to cook!! Loved the bunk rooms & that the bedrooms had bathrooms!!
Would highly recommend staying here for big families, friend groups!!

This is our second stay at this property, and it was just as enjoyable as the first. The location is perfect, and I am always amazed at the luxurious appointments provided. We wanted for nothing- all that we needed was there! Kids enjoyed the hot tub, and we had a wonderful bonfire in the evenings. The only negative was a door that did not lock properly. Adam and his team do a wonderful job.

We really enjoyed our stay at this 10 bedroom property. I will tell you that this house by far exceeded our expectations. We had 9 adults and 5 children and there was more than space and bedrooms to accommodate everyone. The Kitchen is stocked with everything you need from plates, cups and utensils for cooking and/or bbqing. The bathrooms are stocked with plenty of towels and even soap, shampoo and conditioner which was a very nice touch. The basement has plenty of entertainment from the games in the pictures and a poker table which was a family hit. The hot tub was amazing and the outdoor pool table was also a hit. The views from the 3 different decks are amazing. Finally, the location is absolutely perfect. Silver Dollar City is just up the road and the entertainment on the strip is close as well. If you have a big group then look no further this is the perfect house.

This place worked great for our large family group. SO GOOD for all 8 bedrooms to each have its own private bathroom; and the 2 bunk rooms as well. It was very clean and had lots of common space for hanging out and catching up with each other. There are games for everyone, a well-supplied kitchen for cooking, plenty of parking for all our cars and other amenities as well. It’s just a short drive to a beach, marina and downtown Branson. Any small issue we may have had was quickly taken care of. It was exactly what we needed and we feel fortunate to have been able to stay there.

We rented this beautiful 10 bedroom house for our family of 23 (my parents and 7 siblings with family) and loved the amenities provided for the children in our group (age 1-10). The game room was amazing. It allowed the kids have a room to be loud and the adults a place to actually have a conversation without screaming over the sound of kids. The location is close all prime sights and the kids loved the fishing area within walking distance to the house. We had a great time.

This is the first year our extended family of 24 decided to go on a family vacation. This property was the perfect place for us! It had plenty of beds and gathering places, was close to Branson so we could enjoy shows and Silver Dollar City, and the pool and hot tub were great! Would highly recommend!

The host was very attentative always keeping us updated on information we needed. Place was awesome there was nothing I would have changed. It was literally 15 min to all popular attractions in Branson. Rate 1-5 I give it a 10!

Wonderful home with a great layout for a large family gathering. The pool was perfect for the kids, and the home feels new and was very clean. Checking in and out was a breeze. Will definitely try to stay there again if we go back to Branson.

This home was clean and everything we need for a relaxing weekend getaway was provided. We could not have asked for more. The house was located within a short drive to Silver Dollar City and the Landing. We enjoyed the view of the lake, spent time on the balconies, in the hot tub, and swimming pools. I would highly recommend this home to other famlilies.

Every year our small church school has a teacher's retreat. This house was perfect to host a large number of adults. With ten bathrooms, getting around was a breeze. The house is very spacious and well stocked. We would not hesitate to come back and stay again.

This house was amazing! I highly recommend it for a large group. It was very clean and just as described. Not only were there plenty of beds and bathrooms, but lots of space to hangi out and plenty of seating for eating meals together. The host was very helpful and replied quickly to any questions. I would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay! Huge house sleeps a lot of family ! Great location and wonderful views! House is very nice and has 2 ovens, 2 dishwashers, 2 refrigerators! We love Branson and we love staying at this house! Wonderful family memories that lasts forever!

Our host, Adam, was incredibly resistive and communicative. We appreciated his thoroughness and thoughtfulness.
The property itself is awesome! The game room and hot tub were popular with our teenagers and young adults. The fireplace was cozy and the living room and rooms comfortable. Loved the spacious kitchen, as well.
We had a great, though short, stay. We hope to visit again in a different season and stay longer.
Definitely would recommend this property!!!

We really enjoyed our stay here. We had 20 people -- 14 adults and 6 small children -- and there was lots of room for all of us. The kids enjoyed the games and just the space to run around. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and have some private space. The location is nice and not far from all that Branson has to offer. There were so many extra little things that we were surprised to find. We cooked several big meals and managed to find the proper cooking utensils for everything we did. And we were very pleasantly surprised to find dishware and silverware just for little kids. Very nice!

This place is stellar. They thought of everything and everything worked! By far one of the best properties we have ever rented, from anywhere! Check in and out seamless, communication prompt, property clean and WELL stocked, decor was nice and updated, location great, pools, hot tub, grills, fabulous views. Nothing negative. Our friends and family were blown away. We had never been to Branson or Table Rock lake… it surpassed our expectations, and was the perfect backdrop for our wedding 💍❤️

All 31 of us loved the house, the way it was furnished with homey accents, beautiful bedspreads, etc. The kitchen had everything we needed, the games were a huge hit, as was the hot tub, pool table and all the seating for a large group.

The house was super clean. Had everything you need plus more. We had no problems with anything. Everyone was happy with this home. We had 26 people ranging from age 1-66. I have been to several vrbo and none has as many items as this house did. Plenty of garbage bags, toilet paper, paper towels, silverware, plates, bowls, shampoo, conditioner, soap, dishwasher tabs, laundry soap, and so much more. There isn’t anything I would say that would make it better. You make staying at this home easy. Will look for more homes from this renter in the future. Look no further and book. You won’t be disappointed I promise. Room for everyone

We booked the property for a family reunion with 26 adults and 6 children. Everything about the property was fantastic. With 10 bedrooms and 10 bathrooms there was plenty of room for everyone. Location to both pools was perfect. Lots of games to play; foosball, air hockey, pool, Pac Man, etc. We had a few requests once we arrived and Meredith took care of them within the hour. The bedrooms were comfortable, bathrooms well stocked, kitchen had plenty of everything, lots of parking out front. Wish we could have used the fire pit but the week we were there the heat index was 109 everyday. This was by far the best property we have ever stayed in. Thank you Adam and Meredith for everything!!

What a beautiful home!
I think the biggest endorsement I can give was that we felt like we were at home....with lots of extra perks. The kids used the game tables constantly. Even though it was hot, the hot tub was a hit with a few crazy family members, and there wasn't a single complaint from 5 families. The 2 pools were so nice for the hot days. Just a few minutes drive to the main drag. So glad we stayed here

Great place to stay!
This property was everything we expected and more! Plenty of room for us to spread out, yet great family areas where we could all be together. The kids loved the game room, we all loved the jacuzzi, and the pools were lots of fun. The bedrooms were large and the beds were comfortable. We would definitely recommend this property to others.

Great Summertime Kickoff
This property was all they said it was and more. We had 14 people in our group and STILL had extra bedrooms/beds available. Never once did we feel like we were under one another's feet. The home décor and furnishings were contemporary and comfortable. The basement was a great game room hangout for the kids, with foosball, pool table, video game, and shuffleboard table. The deck(s) provided great views of the wildlife area around us, including the lake. The pools were nice and well maintained with plenty of poolside seating. Parking was great, with plenty of assigned spaces for our house. The property contact communicated well and made sure we had all the information we needed to enjoy our stay. All in all, this place was great and we'd definitely stay here again.

The kitchen had every pot/pan/knife/plate/bowl/cup you could need. There are 2 dishwashers and with 26 people eating 3 meals a day, we kept them going! The bedrooms were amazing and beds were very comfortable. The fire table on the deck and all the games downstairs kept everyone entertained! There are high chairs and pack and plays (we haad 2 babies), there were extra laundry soap, trash bags, dish tabs, beach towels, etc. The icing on the cake is in every bathroom, there was shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in a BIG bottle!!!! I can not say enough good about this place! The team of property managers were amazing every step of the way! We will definitely be back because we didn't really leave the house to explore the area!!!!

We needed a large house to accommodate multiple families and this home was perfect. It was clean, spacious, and the view from the top deck was amazing. I would definitely recommend this home!
