Clean and stocked home
This was the best property that we have had the pleasure to stay in Lake Havasu. The house was clean, perfectly decorated and the back yard was awesome with the pool, seating areas and grass area. Everyone loved the house and we would stay there again.

Rustic Star Shines!
The Rustic Star was a great fit for our family of four, plus a friend. It would definitely accommodate a larger group. The house decor is so cute and the accommodations up to date, functional and practically appointed. Our family enjoyed the games in the garage, backyard, and of course, the pool was a big hit. The location was in a nice neighborhood which was perfect for us, in the heart of town, close to shopping, the London Bridge, and marina, etc... For boaters, the driveway can accommodate a boat and/or trailer. I would love to give a five star review all the way around, but, unfortunately, have to give two stars for cleanliness. I don't feel this is a constant issue - far from it. However, when we arrived there were a few things that were missed. Normally, we would overlook simple things here and there, but these were more prominent. There is no way that Kathy would have been aware of these issues, unless someone would have informed her, and they were beyond her control. I know this condition was not up to her standards. Communication with Kathy regarding this and everything else was excellent. She went above and beyond to rectify any issues we had and made sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The cleaning crew went so far as to leave an apology note for us, which was appreciated. I don't believe this will be an issue going forward. We appreciate Kathy's efforts and would definitely stay at the Rustic Star in the future. Thank you!

This was one of the nicest rental houses I've ever been to. It was not only clean but it was very nicely decorated and had so many "extra" complimentary amenities and things to make our stay so pleasant and feel like "home". The owners thought of everything! The backyard was beautiful and private and there is lots of space inside and out. We would 100% definitely stay here again!

We have rented homes in Havasu many times before, and this might be the best place we've stayed in. The decor inside was modern yet comfortable. There was plenty of space for the 10 of us (4 adults and 6 kids). While we didn't take advantage of them, there were fun games in the garage. The pool was wonderful, and the kitchen was great too. 10-15 minute drive to the Marina, and not too far from restaurants either. Kathy was responsive, although we didn't have anything to communicate with her about because we had everything we needed. Thank you for opening up your home to us!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The pool n hot tub were great. Everything was exceptionally clean. The attention to details was amazing... We are looking forward to staying again.

This private home is the best place we’ve ever stayed at in Lake Havasu. Quiet, tons of space, and clean. We especially liked that the master bedroom was separated from the other bedrooms.

Kathy, the host, was amazing. She had everything organized and labeled in the house. The house was beautiful, well kept, very clean, super cold AC, and comfortable furnishings. This is by far our best experience with vrbo. Thank you Kathy for a wonderful stay!!

Everything was perfect! So inviting and spacious. I loved all the little extra touches.
The owner has gone above and beyond. The thoughtfulness of things like a lint brush, games, toys and travel size toiletries shows the care for guests. Everything was so clean which makes all the difference as well! Beautiful home!!!!

Beautiful house!
House was very beautifully done. Plenty of room for 8 people, house was very well stocked with towels, extra blankets, and pillows. It was awesome to have the extra fridge in the garage. Can't wait to see how the pool turns out that is going in this summer. Owners were very easy to work with and were very quick to respond. I would highly recommend staying at this house!!
