Възглавниците са много неудобни! Възглавниците са с много ниско качество и са много неудобни за сън. Лошият сън предизвикан от неудобните възглавници ни караше да се чувстваме непрекъснато уморени през цялото време на престоя ни в хотела!

Room was ok

No staff available at all. I’ve stayed three nights . Haven’t seen any staffs, no staffs at the reception. No good facilities Location was far away from the airport .

Self check-in was fairly intuitive. The room was great, and had a nice view from the fifth floor.

In the night someone was trying to enter the room with a key. I don’t know if it was staff or another guest.

Absolutely nothing.

On the hotel advert in their 'Property Important Information' it states that 'It is not possible to stay ay the property for Coronavirus (COVID-19) quarantine purposes. However, upon arrival there was a COVID testing facility as well as half of the hotel being 'blocked' off as it was a COVID QUARANTINE HOTEL. This was not advertised on the booking, and due to one or more of the colleagues staying there being high risk, we could not take the chance staying in this hotel. The hotel have not accepted liability for this, nor will they issue a refund.

The property is well organized safe and nice design. The rooms had everything ready for a morning start a fridge with bottled water was included and it was very close to the work that i had to do. thank you i will be returning back.

One problem that the organizers owners must careful is to be absolutely certain that late arrivals can find the keys there is a wall full of boxes for keys of the property. Although if you haven't received a direct email with the code that is a problem cause reception is only until 6:00 and after that there now one there so if you arrive after 6:00 you must have an email that tell you exactly were the entrance keys are and the code otherwise you will stay out of the property. I was lucky that with a code booking shown a box opened with 3 bookings so i used theirs and i organized in the morning with the reception. Otherwise i would have staid out without a room.
