Location
Over promised and under delivered! Charging the price we paid they should be able to pay the place off in 5 years!

The location couldn't have been better. Very clean. Large TV. Refrigerator. Desk clerk was friendly, helpful, quick.
no microwave. Very little desk space.

Breakfast was good.
I would have liked a coffee maker in my room. And a frig with a freezer compartment. I took my lunch with me daily to the Convention and had no way of re-freezing my ice pack.
The faux floor was dirty. When I walked barefoot, my feet were black!
