Could be the best hotel we have ever visited!! From the moment we walked in, we experienced such warm hospitality. Early check- in was no hassle and every effort was made to allow for a comfortable time at the hotel while waiting for our 3am flight out of Bangalore. Wonderful breakfast at this hotel, a fully kitted gym, sauna and spa with a beautiful pool overlooking the gorgeous Bhartiya city. They offer a free airport shuttle which is handled so professionally! Thank you to Sita, Sujata, Farzana and Nirjanan at the Falak restaurant who went out of their way to treat us to a stay fit for Kings!

The location.

The rooms were dirty, the toilets were not cleaned. Housekeeping just tidied the bed and didn’t vacuum the room the next day, the previous day food particles that were spilled on the floor were left as is. The toilets weren’t cleaned, just the floor mat and towels were replaced. Didn’t expect such service from THE LEELAS. The pool area does not have a canopy just three gazebos towards the extreme end of the pool. Would be nice to have some canopies closer to the pool. Staff were very unfriendly. Each time we asked for something their immediate response was just a plain and simple ‘NO’ this can’t be done. They did not have an alternate solution. Not that we asked for the moon. We asked for a late check out, like 14.00 and were refused. We asked for food and beverage order to be taken by the pool, we were told, kitchen is closed we are not taking orders. Absolutely pathetic service for the kind of money we pay. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Location is very quiet and nice. Good facilities, spacious clean modern rooms, big shower, soft beds. Hotel has a swimming, Spa and Restaurants. Service was excellent, very friendly personal. We will definitely come back again! I highly recommend this hotel in Bengaluru

Service, staff, location, breakfast

Sadly due to a plane cancellation our stay here was cut short and we only had a few hours at the hotel mostly sleeping. The room was lovely, bed comfortable and the meal we had at Falak was amazing. So disappointed we didn’t get more time here to explore. Looked like a great location. I intend on returning again to have the full experience.

Beautiful modern building in a newly gentrified location which resembles the modern India. Coming from the UK, I felt that Bhartiya City resembled Canary Wharf… With the Leela Hotel being at the heart of it with beautiful interior and exterior
