Location, convenience to transportation and everything I wanted to see and do. Cleanliness. Size and excellent choice of pots and pans. Easy to use appliances and television.Lots of clean linens and easy to get into and lock up. Big eat in kitchen. Spacious. Quiet. Perfect furnishings.
Because it is September, between seasons it got a little cold but Natalija offered to bring a heater immediately. I cannot complain about anything - it was gorgeous!

Three-room apartment layout.
Unpleasant smell in the apartment, broken bed and lack of free parking. If you leave your car on the street next to the house, you can get a fine of 40 euros. That was me on the first day. The city hall is located next to it and it is problematic to find a parking space for your car and if you are traveling with a family, you have to carry your belongings far.
