The home was as advertised and We must add was close to all of the activities that were planned for the visit. My Family from the East Coast, found the City Historic and Fun! One suggestion is that non slip strip be installed in the tub shower to help prevent slipping. Thanks!

The only accurate thing about this stay was the interior pictures. The owner only tells part of the story. This property is located in the HOOD!!! It’s run down with Rotten houses and abandoned busted up cars. The only reason I didn’t know this before is because the owner doesn’t send the address until the day before you check-in.(This is a ploy to keep your money) I called him immediately and wanted to get a refund without even stepping into the house and was told No! and if the property was good enough for his family then it’s good for anyone..! I told him that I had small children and they were afraid of the neighborhood and he said I should have done research before booking the house…🤬 Remember how’s this possible when he hides the info until the day before??? Also there was a planned power outage the next day that they forgot to mention that shut the power off at 8am.. I was only offered 30 bucks for the inconvenience ( Which I haven’t Received). Bottom line if you don’t mind staying in a run down Crappy neighborhood near downtown this is your Spot…Never again for my family…😡
