The 2 bedroom house fit our family perfect. Very easy to walk to the beach in under a few minutes and so nice to come back to a pool to relax. Will definitely look at booking this place again very soon.

The house was super cute, spacious and the perfect location - only 1 block from a beach access. The mattresses in both bedrooms were TERRIBLE. Plus the storms created a ton of debris that fell into the bottom of the pool. There was a skimmer but not a vacuum, the pool was cleaned once but needed it at lease twice a week. The cleaners do not wash the bedroom quilts/shams or extra blankets; they were dirty and smelled. I took a full day to wash all of the linens before it was placed out for use. The master bedroom bath curtain was filled with mold.

We thought it was perfect,very relaxing,quiet and close to the beach. The home has everything we needed, the pool was a big plus especially after a hot day out. We have vacationed with another couple for 7 years in a row,this has been the best place for sure. Looking forward to coming back next year. We would like to thank the owners for opening up their home to a group of Indiana Hoosiers.

It was excellent

The house has an open floor plan with a private fenced back yard and pool. The kitchen is large with a nice fridge and stove. To our disappointment there was a very large motor home with a boat parked on the side and back yard. No matter where you sat in the back yard you viewed the motor home. The description of the property along with pictures did not disclose this. The motor home and boat blocked the windows in both bedrooms. The location is great for walking to nearby restaurants and shopping. The master bedroom is nice size but the pillows and bedding need replacing . Provided are king size pillows but only standard pillow cases. Overall the house is nice but we should have been informed about the motor home which was a huge disappointment. We have been going to AMI for years and always rent for a month. The rental company should have disclossed the presence of the motor home. The kitchen drawers were dirty inside, the ice maker was broken, screen on sliding glass doors was torn, the track for the doors were extremely dirty.

Great property in a great location! Very private & comfortable backyard. Spent lots of time in the sun by the pool & walks to the beach. Wish we could have stayed longer!

My husband and I loved this house! It was exactly as pictured in the listing, if not even more charming in person. We also loved the location - short walk to an uncrowded stretch of beach, short walk to shops and restaurants, and a quick drive to Pine Ave. We will definitely book this property again in the future!

We were very happy with the home overall. The interior is very nice with a very functional and comfortable layout. It is one of the nicer homes we've stayed at on Anna Maria / Holmes. There were very minor issues that did not require notice for us to enjoy our stay that we alerted the rental company to upon check out. If the prior renter had done the same I'm sure the minor issues would have been dealt with prior to our arrival. The outdoor space is also quit nice but wasn't what exactly suits us. The pool area is a bit overgrown with the landscaping. It keeps debris in the pool daily and seems to allow mosquitos a nesting area that then become a nuisance around dusk. The need to spend a few moments each day collecting the leaves from the pool was made difficult by a quit worn out pool net. The pool is mostly shaded which I'm sure for some is a plus we happen to prefer a sunnier pool area. This is more of a personal preference than an issue. The pool area is nice, I would suggest some landscaping to help with the overgrown feeling. I would recommend this home even though the outdoor space doesn't fit what we prefer the overall experience was very good.

We loved staying at this property! It was perfect for our small family and dogs! The stay here was everything we wished for! We are sure to return to this property for our next stay on Anna Maria Island!

We stayed here in June and absolutely loved this house and location! The house is all on one level, beautifully decorated and had everything you'd need. The pool was amazing. Only a short walk to the beach. Never wanted to leave. Pet friendly was a big plus. The rental company was easy to work with.

Perfect place for the three of us! The house was amazing. Very clean and the outdoor space was great! Never even sat at the inside dining table because we ate every meal outside! The pool was fantastic especially after a day at the beach. The beach was just a short walk down the street. Would definitely stay here again!

Very nice house 1 block from beach. Owners super nice. They had to stop by and were apologetic for interrupting our vaca and gave us a $25 restaurant card. We had 2 small issues that maintenance resolved within an hour. Highly recommend. My only suggestion is a better mattress.

This 2 bedroom 2 bath house was all on ground level with beautiful outdoor space with nice pool. The second bedroom opened to outdoor space which was great for using the pool but not for the person in the second bedroom who had to walk across the house to get to it. Well furnished and well stocked.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was as described and located close to the beach. Everything was easy and well done. We loved AMI and thank you for making our vacation great!
