Appartment located nearby the beach which was great making going to the beach a breeze. Dedicated parking spot at the appartment was also a nice feature. For people with electric cars there is a nearby (5m walk) parking lot with a 22kW charger making the location of the appartment great because France is not a country with a lot of chargers for EVs. The nearest Tesla Superscharger is 50km away.
We couldn't use the washing machine because it was already filled with the laundry/sheets of the former guests. Messaged the host about this but she didn't see my message until the day before our checkout. Couch in the living room wasn't comfortable, I think it was quite old and lost its form/support. Overall the appartment could use a refresh and fixing one of the doors with a major crack in it. On hotter days you will miss an airconditioning. It didn't spoil our stay but with these prices I expected a bit more.

Lovely view from the flat. The flat is well equipped. The neighbourhood is very quiet yet the flat is close to all amenities, bus routes and the sea. We had a super stay.
