Reviewer Comments: The condo was pretty clean and provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The floors are in need of a good deep cleaning, my feet were black after walking around with no shoes on. We were happy overall with the unit and the rental company staff were very nice. The AC went out one evening and they had someone over to repair it within the hour which we really appreciated. The balcony overlooks the tennis courts and is centrally located on the property and close to the shuttle pick up that takes you over to the beach side. The shuttle drivers were extremely friendly and made it fairly hassle free getting to the beach. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and clean except descent knives. The condo has no ceiling lights in the living room and bedrooms. There is very little light from the 1 lamp in one bedroom and 2 lamps in the master bedroom. When the sun goes down it is very dark in the rooms and hard to see. The darkness of the decor adds to the overall dark feel in the condo. It could use an update to the decor with some brighter more beach themed colors and decor. The sleeper sofa needs a good cleaning. The dryer vents into the condo so it would heat up the unit pretty good if we used it during the day which wasn't so nice. Overall, it was a nice unit and we had a comfortable stay and enjoyed the property.

Overall nice vacation. Villa was nice and affordable.

The location was a block away from the main beachfront road and much quieter than being on a bustling street. There was a convenient bridge across the street to reach the restaurants and pools, hot tubs, and beach without dealing with traffic. The location was as advertised and accurate to the photos. The locals who lived on the resort were all friendly, the shuttles were convenient, and there were multiple food and shopping options within easy walking distance. The property was quiet in the evening, and I did not experience any of the typical noise or "party people" I've encountered staying at other large resorts in Panama City Beach.

The place was nice. It was in a good location to walk to the big pool and beach. Villa was stocked well enough except that the was only one dish towel. There were wave boards and a wagon to use in the guest bedroom. These were great! We could have used more bathroom towels. There weren’t enough for the six of us to have our own. Those are minor things when compared to the great aspects of the villa. We enjoyed our time!

Location was perfect for EVERYTHING! We were there for a baseball tournament. Only 8 minutes from the fields and direct shot. The Villa was excellent. Maybe just a touch paint on the doors and kitchen cabinets. The sharpest knives I have ever used! A nice variety of beach toys/supplies. Very happy with our decision to chose this villa. Communication was quick and super friendly. Would 100% select this villa again :)
