Great property for a large family. Well equipped.

We used this house for my husband and I’s 60th birthday celebration with our kids and grandkids. It was a perfect house to accommodate all of us. The kids loved the pool and fishing. The adults enjoyed having plenty of space inside and out.
We utilized the professional grade steamer that helped as we got ready for family pictures. The location is great and the neighborhood is quiet.
This is an upscale rental property that is worth it! We would definitely stay again.

The property was very clean and well stocked with essentials. The location/ neighbourhood was very safe and quiet. It was advertised as having a heated pool, heated to 88 degrees, one of the main reasons we booked the property. Unfortunately the pool temperature was between 68 and 75 degrees, much too cold for our 18 month old. This was pretty disappointing.

Great rental. Close to activities. Beautiful home. Very comfortable. Not as clean as we would have liked. Other than that, would definitely rent again.

The second time around
The property is exceptional, the neighborhood is immaculate, and the location is high-end. We always feel safe. Now that COVID is manageable, we hope to come visit our family several times a year. We rent this house for the awesome pool, the kid friendly rooms and TVs, and a big kitchen where we can all gather for dinner at the end of the day. Thoroughly enjoyed it!

Eight Woman stayed here and we just really enjoyed ourselves. Hot air balloons every morning, loved watching the birds on the water. It was super hot though. Would stay here again

4 couple and 1 senior in high school enjoyed this stay very much! The location was great for day hiking trips as far as Sedona! The house itself had just about everything we needed! It was very well maintained. The canal system was a very unique feature! The pool and spa were used almost every day of our stay. It was missing very small things that would’ve made the stay more perfect…dish towels/clothes (we bought), a shot glass, enough wash cloths/hand towels, detergent (we bought). The gift basket and fridge stocked with water and some beer was a treat, however!

Our group had a fantastic reunion here. The home was the perfect size for 4 couples. The amenities were so good we could have stayed at the house the entire trip. The pool, hot tub and sunset over the lake were great. We would definitely stay here again. The hosts were easy to work with and very kind.

We had some trouble with keeping the pool warm, but overall it was a spectacular time for our family gathering. Wonderful memories of our stay.

Resort-like property with beautiful views
This home was amazing for our long weekend stay. We did not leave the property or neighborhood much because it had everything to entertain us for a long weekend.
Check-in was simple and the house clean and well stocked, even with a welcome basket of snacks and a bottle of wine. The house slept eight adults very comfortably. Everyone had their own space and the kitchen, living and dining areas could accommodate group gathering.
We sat outside nearly all times of the day to watch the hot air balloons in the distance, neighbors come by on their boats, and the sunset in the evening. The pool and hot tub were some of our favorite amenities. We also spent time on the trails in Thunderbird Conservation Park. The trail head is just around the corner from the house!
The property manager was very communicative and quick to respond whenever we had a question.
I would recommend this property for any large group of friends or family.
Note: This location is about 35min from the airport and 25min from other areas of interest (larger hikes, highly recommended restaurants, cultural sites, etc)

Reconnecting with family in paradise
Our son and his family live in Peoria. We visited for the first time since COVID. I feel so lucky to have found this amazing home for our reunion. I have pretty high standards on rentals and this one checked all the boxes: size and layout, decor, cleanliness, attentive manager, view, location and many fun things to do without leaving the house if you don't want to. The TV setup across the house was really nice for those hot afternoons after a day in the pool. The pool...well it has a great waterfall and grotto and the family really enjoyed the deep end with his "rock" diving/jumping platform. Fingers crossed...Looking forward to renting again next year.
