La struttura è in un paesino molto tranquillo, molto pulito ben curato e molto sicuro c’è anche la sicurezza che sono sveglia tutta la notte intorno e ci senti molto tranquillo e sicuro il servizio era che eccellente.

La reception era disponibile solo durante il giorno durante gli orari lavorativi, purtroppo di notte non potevamo raggiungere nessuno. Ci hanno detto solo che il personale era assente. Era in vacanza annuale quindi purtroppo potevamo contattare solo un personale durante il giorno quando l’ufficio era aperto e dopo il pomeriggio non potevi raggiungere quasi nessuno in caso di urgenza.

Beautiful location

My room was beautiful but lacking some natural light. Breakfast was amazing and the staff were great too. One small tip for future, please label your food in the breakfast area otherwise everything was great, location, food and the villa were just exceptional.

The property was very clean well maintained. The bathroom facilities were great, automatic hot water, good shower, comfortable bed. The location was amazing in terms of surrounding nature and mountains as well as farms. The food was really nice and fresh, there was lots of variety and choice for food. The place is easy to reach and get to by car and it’s very close to the airport.

The level of service was mixed. Some staff members were friendly and helpful whilst others were unfriendly and not helpful. There was a dog staying very close by almost immediately outside our room and you could hear it barking constantly day and night this caused a major inconvenience for us. The dog was kept in a large caged area. The room heating/cooling function didn’t work. The phone in the room to call reception didn’t work you had to physically go to the reception if you wanted any assistance. Staff were not always present at the reception so you’d have to ring the bell at the desk and wait for quite some time for someone to come and see you. The breakfast was meant to be self-service however on some days there was no breakfast and you’d have to ask the staff for to be served breakfast without even being given a menu as they weren’t preparing the breakfast for self service every day. Customers would regularly come to the restaurant and staff allowed customers to smoke inside, which was very very uncomfortable and hard to eat with someone smoking right next to you. The cleaning staff entered our room even though we put the sign do not disturb they entered the room without any permission or advanced warning and this was done when we were when we were out. When came back we found our room locked and then we had to wait almost an hour for reception to get a key to unlock the door of our room physically. The breakfast didn’t have any labels to tell you what food was being served so we had to ask the staff numerous times.
