Overall a nice, family friendly property. The outside is deceiving and nothing special but the inside of the condo is nice and updated. The railing on the balcony is very wide so be aware that a toddler/infant could slide through it. There were lots of beach and pool essentials in the closets which was nice. We would definitely stay again!

The owner was awesome and let us check in early! The unit was in a great spot, I was a little nervous because it wasn't facing the pool but the sunset view was priceless AND because it was on the West side the unit stayed nice and cool. The only small issue was no tvs in the extra bedrooms and the master TV wasn't picking up channels. We will definitely be back to this unit!!

Everything was great. The blankets and sheets for the pullout sofa were missing, bring your own.

Everything was exactly as listed! Great location. Great accommodations. Hope to book again in 2024.

great place to stay

good location only a couple of things that were great one was there is a 25.00 registration fee no one told me about and then if you want to watch tv it took me until the last day to figure out the tv but otherwise we had a great time

I took my 25yr old son and some of his groomsmen down for a weekend bachelor party and the condo is very nice, clean everything we needed in kitchen and liked the way the bedrooms are set up. 6 of us had plenty of room. The pool/grill/bar was nice after a day at the beach or after playing golf. We will go again next year Lord Willing. The Taylor Co Wedding Party

So to start off my review the property manager didn’t reply to any messages I had until closer to time for us to arrive. Secondly check in was at 4. We got to our room at almost 5 and their was dirty sheets and towels sitting in the floor of the condo. Clearly had not been cleaned as there was still sand on the floors and showers,toothpaste and soup left in the sinks. The balcony was a mess. Cluttered with beach chairs and beach toys. I called the owner and he said there was some sort of fire and that the cleaning people should be there soon with clean sheets. After they had “cleaned”,sheets and comforters were very wrinkled and smelled like they had not been washed in awhile. no top sheets on half the beds. They also only supplied 1 single roll of toilet paper for a 12 person condo. The wifi code does not work for all the tvs nor will the tv in the master bedroom even connect to it. No overhead lights unless plugged into an outlet. Lastly the outlets are controlled by a light switch as well. We were there for 3 days before we even figured that out. I find it very hard to believe that we had to pay a good bit for a cleaning fee when they very clearly did not clean the room from the previous tenants. Don’t really recommend Regency Towers or the owner to anyone.

Won’t rent that property again

Condo was clean and modern but had several repairs needed at time of our stay. Dishwasher leaked all over floor, kitchen sink leaked all over floor. One dining room chair was broken and some wallpaper was pealing in the bathroom. I contacted the owner saying I felt we were overcharged for the week because of all the repairs needing done. ( We we’re charged more than double per night because it was the Fourth of July) His only response was that he scheduled a repairman after we left. But to be helpful to other renters because I use airB&B a lot. If they make all the repairs it is a very nice property. Balcony has a view of the beach. It has two large pools and the beach out front is beautiful. I would recommend it to others. Just make sure all items have been repaired.

The building is a little older but the condo was renovated and really nice. The ice maker was a nice touch. We had 9 adults and 1 infant on our trip. We did bring an air mattress even though the condo sleeps 10. We has our adult kids with us and they didn't want to double up. The beach was amazing and the building had some extras that were really nice such as a pool bar with food. The only negatives were there was no blanket for the sofa sleeper, a limited number of wash towels, and only a couple of beach towels. I did contact the host regarding the blanket. He responded with where it should be but never responded back when I told him it wasn't there. The condo is better suited for smaller parties. Overall we enjoyed the place and had a great time.

Although Panama City Beaches can be crowded, this complex wasn't too busy at all & plenty close to stores & restaurants as well. There were always chairs & plenty of room available on the beach & beside the pool. The pool bathrooms were private & clean. Both pools provide amble space & seating for guests. The pool side food & drinks were very reasonably priced & were an okay quality. We had smaller children, teenagers, & adults in tow, & all of us had an amazing time! We would definitely consider staying here again!

We arrived to a clean, modern unit. Great view of the ocean and shoreline. The entire facility was clean and in good repair. Surroundings were relatively quiet. You can go to sleep listening to the waves crashing on the beach. Minor nits to pick were inoperative lighting, and lousy television options. I would definitely stay here again.

We had the best time! The condo was beautiful, clean and the location was perfect. The pool and beach area was awesome. Will definitely stay here again!
