It's ok, It was the cheapest option in the region. You get a free public transportation to use in the region, even you can go to Lake Constance and nearby cities with it. Open area is nice.
The room was quite hot in summer and the structure is quite old. Room was not so confortable.

I liked their check-in system and how quiet and clean the place was despite it being packed with teenagers. I was in a room with people who were very respectful. The bed was nit as claustrophobic as I feared it would be: it was an upper bed and there top was not sealed that way air was coming in. I really appreciate that I could leave my car in the parking lot without problems as my appointment got delayed. That way I had time to repack and get sorted.
The locker system got me confused and there were not enough wall hooks; we had to put a chair into the bathroom to put clothes and stuff there.

handy for buses just outside also train station 10 min walk. nice big hostel, good clean dorms, big eating area and outside, good for families

It's close to the train station. the kiosk check-in option is good
upon check-in, the kiosk doesn't tell you about your room/bed number. It just mentions your floor number. I had to try my keys on all rooms to find my room. It was late so no one was at the reception was there to help me either.
