It was a really nice house, but the main amenity that we were looking forward to was the pool. Communication was great, but getting someone to actually fix the issue, not so much. We were unable to use it for the first half of our stay.

Great place to plan a family gathering! Everything was clean. Home just needed a few more extra towels for a home that sleeps 20 (very minor issue). The pool was requested to be warmed prior to arrival, I was informed that the pool heating starts at your check in time but takes at least 12 hours to get heated (I suggest that is updated because you are not getting the full experience) … pool warming should start 12-24 hours prior to check in time, not at check in time. Game room: updated and working gaming systems are needed. Pool table was fun. Overall, we had a great experience, the house was spacious, had fun in the upstairs day room. The rooms are super spacious! I would definitely book the same exact house again. Oh yeah kitchen was super clean and so were the appliances.

The home was a great size for our group. The pool was amazing

The house was as described online. However the pool was not cleaned prior to our arrival. On the morning of our second day, i emailed the customer service to advise the pool was extremely hot and water was cloudy. They sent someone out but did not communicate to me as to what had been done. That night several kids felt sick. On the 3rd morning the pool was still m to the touch and the extremely cloudy, we couldn't see thru the water and there was a bad smell. We didn't allow our kids in the pool on the 3rd day due to this and our concern with someone else getting sick. I called the property mngr offices & advise of these thithi.aThey asked for picts which i sent over. They advised someone would come out once more. When the rep came out she tested the water temp and advise she'd have a pool cleaning co come out. Noone came out all day so i called again around 415pm and advise we are unable to use the pool and that id liketo be compensated for this i convenience. The rep stated shed talk with her manager about some sort of regund if the pool co did not come out and that she would have to f/u with me on Thursday due to their office being closed for the next 2 days. I told her that was unacceptable since we would be checking out on Wed and basically unable to use the pool possibly for the duration of our stay. Finally the pool co arrived around 6pm and the guy changed the filter which was filthy and he put several cleaning solutions in the pool stated we cldnt use for 3 hrs
