We went to Massanutten Resort for Christmas 2023. My family and I had an amazing time. This property was great. It was very clean and large enough to accommodate us all. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. The bedrooms were very spacious. We were very close to snowboarding, tubbing and skiing , water park and much more. I give the property a 5 stars. The house was spacious and very comfortable. We had 6 adults and 2 children for our stay. The large dining table was perfect for meals and fun activities. The kitchen was well stocked with food prep items. There was a sectional sofa in the living room that worked out well for watching a football game. Adults and kids loved the hot tub, foosball table, and the air hockey. It was a great stay.

Our family had a really nice stay at the house and enjoyed our Thanksgiving there. We were hoping there would be snow, but not yet. The house was big enough that we could all spread out and the grandkids really enjoyed the hot tub. We hope to go back again.

We shared this house with another family for our 20 year JMU reunion weekend. Our family has 3 kids ages 14, 12, and 7 and the other family 2 kids ages 6 and 4. The multiple entertainment areas were all well epuipt and in working order. Adults and kids alike enjoyed the game rooms, screened porch areas, and hot tub. Beds were very comfortable and entire house was spotless. Superior labeling all around the house to help guests know which switches operate specific lights and other functions, where to find things in the kitchen, how to operate showers, etc. Fall folliage was beautiful through the many windows. Location in relation to activities and Harrisonburg was great. Check in was easy. Will plan on returning.

We loved this house. It had plenty of seating for all eight of us to spread out. Our son's family with 2 children did now cause undue disruption to the household. Our childless son and daughter-in-law enjoyed the privacy of the downstairs suite. Our master was secluded from the others providing maximum quietude. Nothing was lackiing in the kitchen, and the view of the woods in back was gorgeous with the fall foilage. We had access to all the amenities at Massanutten and a good time was had by all--Family Adventure Park, Indoor Water Park, and fabulous mountain golf course. the only thing that didn't work well for us was the coded entry. It took a committee to enter the house. Once we got the hang of it, we were OK. I will recommend this mountain getaway to all of our friends and family. Kevin is a great hosts, answering all of our questions in advance of our stay. His recommendation for a dinner spot--Ciro's in Elkton--was a great place to celebrate my husband's 80th birthday.

The house was spacious and clean. Everything worked as expected, including the hot tub. Note that the top bunk had a sign that said only for 70lbs and under, but luckily we didn’t need it.

Perfect location. Lived the house and amenities. Hot tub was a GREAT addition. We were overall very pleased. Only thing that could use improvement was that it wasn't as clean as was expected (ie kitchen table had chocolate or something on it) and there was nothing to hand wash the dishes. Other than that, we had a wonderful time. We even talked about renting again!!

We stayed at this house for 4 days. Everything was awsome. There were a few burned out light bulbs but besides that everything was working and in good order. It had a hot tub, Foosball, air hockey, and a pool table. The kitchen was well stocked as well as having plenty of towels. We did leave behind a puzzle and a deck of cards for future guests to enjoy. The location was great as well as the ample parking. We will definitely be staying here again when we return to Massanutten, that is if the home is available. Our whole family loved it and didn't want to leave. Thanks for the stay

The house is laid out well for multiple or large families. My grandchildren really enjoyed the game room downstairs. However, we found roaches in the kitchen. Kevin sent out an exterminator as soon as we notified him but we continued to find them. Kevin was able to find us a different property (which was larger) but didn't have all the amenities of the first house. Also, the washing machine over-flowed during while we were there. It was just one thing after another during our 5 days. Kevin was able to permit us a late check out on our last day which we were grateful for.

This house has nice large rooms with plenty of space for several families. Wildlife viewing from the sunporch was wonderful even though the house is close to the main road in the resort.

The pictures of the house are accurate, and the house was bigger than I imagined. It is perfect for a family gathering, with a nice master suite, another 2 bedroom 1 bath suite upstairs, and a 1 bedroom suite downstairs. Having 3 king beds was an advantage ; all the adults in our group had plenty of room. The kitchen was well equipped, all beds very comfortable. We enjoyed being close to everything Massanutten has to offer, as well as the pool table, hot tub, air hockey, and outdoor gas griddle. Plenty of space to be together, as well as a little solitude. We really enjoyed our stay, and I would recommend this house. No issues at all. I would love to stay here again.

The cabin was perfect for our purposes. There were a few minor things that did dampen the mood, we had no cleaning supplies and discovered the grill was completely grease soaked. There were a number of lightbulbs that were out and there was a woman's swimsuit on one of the chairs when we arrived. The pool cues lacked tips and the fooseball table was missing two players. The price was good, the amenities were great. The hot tub was fantastic. The location is hard to beat, and the place was very spacious. A great stay and I would be willing to stay here again.

This is a beautiful home with the perfect layout and amenities for a multi-generational family gathering.

This house was absolutely beautiful. I loved that everything was labeled in the house and it had binders with all the local attractions, stores and restaurants. We did so many things and everything was no more than 5-10 min away. The house was spotless and had plenty of room. The game room and the hot tub were amazing as well. Would definitely recommend and will most definitely be going back. 5 stars no problem!!!

The house was clean, comfortable, well stocked and convenient to all Massanutten has to offer. The kids had a blast with the air hockey table, the hot tub was amazing, and the sunroom was heavenly on a very warm day in February. I highly recommend this house!

The property was in a great location. About 2 minutes from both the skiing/snowboarding and the indoor water park.

The house is large enough for a big family to have plenty of space. Unfortunately, the fireplaces in the home were not functioning and were waiting on repair. Kind of a bummer when you are getting away for the weekend in the winter to the mountains. Otherwise, the pool table, foosball and air hockey were enjoyed by all.

Was a great stay. Issues with fireplace and others but host fixed issues quickly.

We celebrated my sons graduation at the house. It was clean and well stocked with everything. We had a great time and will use again in the future!

Great house to host a large group of friends. Everything in the kitchen was labeled and easy to find. The rec room was an added bonus that was so much fun.

Great location, very close to massanutten resort activities. Property was clean , amazing play room with hot tub, pool table , air hockey and more. Scenic backyard opening into woods. Property manager Kevin was always reachable and helped us with the stay through out !

Place was great and had a awesome time playing pool with friends and family when not tailgating at JMU football game. Much better than a hotel when you need more space.

Absolutely loved this property! Very nice location, and I brought in my birthday with a huge smile on my face because of it. I will definitely stay here again in the future.

The house was a great space, perfect for a larger group. We really enjoyed hanging out in the sunroom and using the multiple game rooms and hot tub. It was great being able to walk the path through the woods to Hopkins Park, with a great playground. The house was clean and had lots of helpful instructions/labeling. One downside was that it was not well-stocked. We were told there would be cleaning supplies, but there were not, and we had to buy them at the resort market (not cheap). There also needs to be some upkeep on beds/doors/lights/windows. Overall, though, we had a fantastic time!

This house has everything and we had great time with our 2 sons for JMU family weekend. The backyard is stunning a the view from the living room looks like a photograph. The house is appointed with everything that we needed. Grear stay !

The property was ideal for our family getaway for Labor Day. We loved having three separate suites for grandparents, couple with children, and other married couple. The screened porch and large dining table was where we spent most of our time. The game rooms indoors and outdoors were wonderful. Having linens on the beds and towels provided was a great feature. There were a number of spices and basics in the kitchen that were helpful for cooking. There were seven televisions in the house and none of them were turned on because we were enjoying spending time as a family in the house. But, there were several maintenance issues. We had issues with electrical outlets in the kitchen not functioning or missing face covers, lights didn’t function in certain rooms, bulbs were out, the front door combination access lock didn’t function well, the grill was rusted out and had bugs in it, there was trash (and a pair of eyeglasses) under several of the beds, and there was an abundance of cockroaches in the kitchen and upstairs bedroom/bathroom adjacent to the kitchen. We loved the experience, but there were things to improve upon.
