Clean and friendly staff

Friends I booked for are very happy there. Their room is clean comfortable & close to their medical appointments.

I booked for friend's & they are loving the unit.

They said its very clean & kind staff at reception

I liked the location, and the reception staff were friendly and helpful. I also appreciated having a comfortable area near reception where I could work, with reliable internet access. The building felt secure, and despite being an apartment complex, it was pleasantly quiet.

I had specifically requested an early check-in and was told that this would be accommodated. It was therefore disappointing to collect the keys and find that the room had not been cleaned or prepared for my arrival. I was subsequently moved to another room, which was an improvement, but it still fell short of an acceptable standard of cleanliness. Given that the early check-in had been confirmed in advance, I expected the accommodation to be ready and properly cleaned when I arrived.
