Property is located inside residential area and rooms are too much congested. There is no proper restaurant so need to have food in small room only where we can't keep table even. Location is just a single building and not a resort. View from all balconies will be either road (as rooms are on first floor only) or roofs of other houses. Food was also not good. We can't even properly move around in room.

Cleanliness not there in rooms, leakage in sink, TV not working and had to change 2 rooms. not a single shop near by to buy essentials. 1 km away from market. Breakfast not up to the mark. some of the lights not working. Not a good property for staying, better to avoid.

It's a reputation risk for Booking.com and in future we will not be doing any advance booking with 50% payment to any of Booking.com property unless we satisfied by visiting personally qualifying all Standards of Hotel and Hospitality Industry.

1.First of all "Treebo Trend Hotel Green Woods Main Market - Mahabaleshwar" is not Hotel. It's a COTTAGE Booking.com should take a note of it as name of property mislead online booking customers. 2.It is situated 2KM away from Main Market - Mahabaleshwar. Please do not use word in property name " Main Market " 3.Room size is VERY SMALL - Congested. These are not FAMILY Rooms, kindly take a note of it. No Teapoy inside rooms. 4.We do not find any HOTEL Standards of A/c Room was found in "Treebo Trend Hotel Green WoodsMain Market - Mahabaleshwar" 5.At Reception Counter - No Full Time Representative is available though it is a Holiday Season at well known Hill Station 6.It's completely a responsibility of Booking.com before list out any property on it's website should check sending their representative at site to check meeting all parameters of Hotel Standards which is follow across industry for A/C Rooms and Non - A/c Rooms 7.It is isolated place without security guard and 4 wheeler parking was doing by all guests on Road Side. 8.There is no proper Dinning Area where all Guests have their Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner with their family together. 9. I am Sorry but we are really disappointed during my Annual Leave to Mahabaleshwar Stay. 10.Last but not least Booking.Com should refund waste of our cost Rs.14067/- for 3 Nights 4 Days. It is reputation risk for Booking.com for listing property on your website without checking Hotel Standards.

Location was good in midst of nature and near main market. Walkable distance .

Bed was small, linen was dirty, pillow was uncomfortable, no glass, kettle, extra bed means a mattress on floor, breakfast service needs improvement, managed to get a private car inspite drop off plan was communicated a day before . No wifi in ground floor had to goto their reception on first floor .

The service was excellent. Humble and helpful staff.

The room size. Pictures on booking.com are shot with wide angle lens and the actual room size is just a box. Delux room has an additional balcony, thats the only difference from standard rooms.
