FALSE ADVERTISING! very disrespectful wont even give you clean sheets! The guy won’t even speak to you if you see him you have to FaceTime him on an ipad stuck to the wall! Also VERY DIFFICULT to get a refund for the false advertisement. DO NOT STAY HERE! Also one of the most shady sides to stay in Myrtle beach

The distance from the beach was great

It was close to boardwalk and the beach..
We got one half a roll of toilet paper for the entire weekend, one set of towels and washcloths we never received more nor did we get a cleaning of the room yet was charged a fee for the cleaning staff... The on-site maintenance was never available, nor did we have a way to contact anyone the entire stay to get more towels or toiletries... The bed was VERY uncomfortable, and the bed linens looked very old and used. Thankfully, I brought my own blanket.. They charged us almost 400.00 for two nights, yet when we got there the prices changed to 65.00 for two nights and they wouldn't give us the difference back.. 😑 The ONLY positive thing I can say was the location was great!! But for everything else, it was a disappointment!! We called to speak to someone about our 250.00 deposit but the company is in New York and the lady would ONLY tell me it should be returned within 14 days, when I was told the hold would be released upon departure at 11 am.. She wouldn't check just to make sure it was released, and now I have to wait up to 14 days to have access to my 250.00 on my bank card... If you want to be within walking distance of the beach and the boardwalk but don't care about the room, this is the place for you. Otherwise, stay somewhere else...

The beds were comfortable . The room was very clean with no roaches well at least the room we me and my husband and baby was in had no roaches at all I didn't like the parking but no one bothered with your vehicle so that was a plus
The price was not worth it , then the pool was closed because people wanted to put glass in the pool ugh they are too strict for no reason and saying it's a smoke free hotel people were still smoking little children were in the pool at 2am but told me children can't be in the pool after 10 which my baby wasn't going to get in the pool at that time at all .the shower head was broke the hotel charge for towels $2.75 but I have always travel with my own so no worries then deposit of $250 also I didn't like when it was time to check out the front desk was locker you had to use the lock box to drop key oh my baby left her tablet tried to call can't get hold of anyone in the front office so some has the a brand new tablet we don't live locally other then that everything was great

It was dirty and had sand in the bed there was a used razor in the bathroom. My kids found it. The AC did not work. The room did not match the pictures. I did not stay the night there. I would like a refund to be contacted also they made me pay at 250 down deposit that wasn’t even in the ad

The obligatory $25 cleaning fee, card fee and that the $250 was taken from my account without cause. I was then charged taxes on the $250 that was reimbursed.

The front desk women was incredibly rude and refused to let us in the office when on call with booking to ask about our room accommodations. The whole building was extremely filthy and there was glass in the parking lot.

Refusing to pay this was a scam was a dilapidated building. No one there to let us in . No stay NO PAY !!!!!!!!!! WAS PISSED .CALLED AND GOT HUNG UP ON . !!! DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE BEWHARE . 😒

We all had beds to sleep in. That's about it
One of the first things we were asked was if we brought washcloths and towels. What? We had to purchase towels, etc, from the motel. The bathroom tile had been painted, and the paint was bubbled and peeling. There wasn't even a shower curtain. The room in general was filthy. The neighborhood was a little sketchy. Our room was next to the pool, which was lit a little too well. The extremely bright lights shone right into our windows. If there were a pool curfew, it wasn't enforced. It was very loud into the early morning hours. For the price, I expected a much better room and experience. VERY disappointing!

Close to the venue we were attending. Friendly helpful staff. I got a little frustrated to begin with but they were great to work with me to get our rooms reserved. If your looking for fancy this is not the place for you..if your looking for reasonable accommodations close to the boardwalk then this is perfect
Beds were very uncomfortable. Did not see anything stating that prepayment was required to guarantee the room until I received a text from them. There was also no mention of the fact that they do not provide towels and wash cloths, you can buy them from the hotel though. They entire property is still needing g repairs but it seems as though they are in that process.

I was able to walk to my event. I never had to get in my car all weekend. Location was great.

The vicinity to the beach is really convenient, less than 10 minutes by foot and you're right there. The staff was also friendly and offered me another room when I had concerns.
First of all, this whole place needs a renovation... urgently! It is way too old, and the rooms show it by both appearance and smell. The whole facility in a modern and well maintained condition would actually have lots of potential, but this... this is just sad.
Also: if you offer a price for a room on booking.com, and then request a mandatory 25$ cleaning fee, it's not a fee, it's false advertising of the room price. Simple as that.

I mean, I knew it was going to be a 5/10 hotel, and it was. That being said, the pillows and beds are surprisingly okay.
The AC and the fridge are both really really loud.
The key card didn't work at first so they had tp change the battery. The smoke detector battery was also dying since the detector was making noise. Thankfully the battery died pretty soon and the noise stopped so I didn't have to ask for that, too.
No towels. You have to BUY towels from them if you want to use towels. What kind of hotel is that??
In sum, the place is okay, the location is fine but I only stayed there because it was the cheapest place for my dates.

The couple that run the place are very nice.
everything else! Beds horribly uncomfortable, microwave cracked and filthy, you have to pay for towels-none provided! air conditioner was so high I couldn’t reach it. No chairs in the room. Dead bug smashed on the wall. Freezer needed defrosting…couldn’t fit a small water bottle in it because of the ice and frost.

No one to check in first night, dirty, trash on floor, wet towels, no toilet paper, shower fixture falling out of wall, clogged drain, dirty sheets, bed bugs, trash under bed, TV stopped working -held together by electrical tape. Angry, loud guest yelling all night, every night. No maid service. VERY sketchy, unsafe area. Ugly, multi colored walls and dilapidated decor.

I did not stay I was refused after I already paid I was told there was no deposit and when I got there they did not let me check in they refuse me and they would not give me the refund they said they contacted booking through email and said they were refusing me because of the deposit which they never did and hours later they emailed booking saying that I canceled so I cannot get my money I pay for the room back

Horrid state of dangerous disrepair. Broken stairs stacked high on balcony, busted cement laying around sidewalk and extremely dirty.

The staff are all nice and friendly. I had great conversations with them. They willingly answered any questions I had and didn't hesitate to help if I needed something. My room was comfortable, clean, and spacious. All the appliances worked well. I like that the hotel is located within a few minutes walk to the beach, there's an awesome Indian restaurant across the street, and it's close to lots of stores. This was my first time staying here and it was better than I was expecting! I enjoyed my stay and will stay again!
I have no complaints.
