Location was fantastic, terrace was perfect. Apartment was spacious, beds were comfy, had all the amenities we could have wished for.

Location
Dark and dated - staff not very welcoming. Was contacted to know what time we were arriving and I had replied. Checked in at 3.30 pm as advised by me but luckily caught the receptionist whilst locking the door. I would not have been impressed if I had to telephone for someone to come and check us in!

Good size apartment. Well furnished. Great outdoor spaces. Good location - beaches, bars, restaurants and supermarket. Also, excellent size pool

I liked that the staff was very kind and they took direct and right measures when there was a minor issue. The location is absolutely great! A big plus is the airco and once again the location as you are close to restaurants and bars (harbor) but you don't have any of the noise. You are close to the beach and it's a good starting point to go visit other beaches. The cleaninglady was also supernice and we got plenty of clean towels and sheets.
What was a bit less was the quality of the couch in the living room that also purposed as a bed. It seemed a bit older and was not that comfortable. Also we only had a sweeping brush in the appartment, and going to the beach each day brings back alot of sand... so without a vacuumcleaner or something to pick up what you sweep, it is not easy ot get rid of the sand...

I liked how close it was to the marina and facilities. Apartment had everything u needed. Staff on arrival were very friendly.
I didnt like the fact that there was only a handful of sun loungers by the pool and there were no other chairs around so u had to sit on the grass. Would have been nice if bar was open by the pool also.

The location was really good, the property was clean and tidy. The reception staff where very helpful.
The constant noise throughout the night from neighboring apartments. The shower leaked all over the bathroom floor and the lack of somewhere to get towels dried.

good location stayed here around ten times and always been good. basic but all that you need.
they have let out apartment’s to local workers who arrive back at the apartment around four am making so much noise and disturbance. doors banging going between apartments. one night I think a fight broke out between them. sounded like some one was kicking a door in. such a shame.

Central location close to Vilamoura marina. In principle, nice apartment with two terraces. Good price. Smooth check-in.
Apartment is very basic, it has the minimum to get away with. Eg decoration: 2x the same painting on the walls. Maintenance is poor, e.g. outside terrace and kitchen need repair. Some cupboards were not clean. TV didn't work (but they did their best to solve).

The property requires updating. The bedroom is very small. The bathroom had a few issues. The light was faulty and turns off by itself. The toilet seat was badly damaged. The lounge are is adequate but very basic. Our biggest problem with the door shutters. They needed a kick to get them open. The wifi was good when it worked but this was temporary.

Fabulous location. Comfy beds. Nice shower. Welcome pack was a nice touch. Friendly reception.
Pretty cramped, no balcony or chairs/beds at the pool. But want to keep it in perspective given it is very cheap to stay here.

Pool and location were the only things that saved this place. Pool was great and location was brilliant to. So close to marina.
Apartment was awful. Full of ants. Wire in back garden was left unattended and was a trip hazard. Curtains hanging off. For 500 euros for 2 nights I would expect alot lot better. Tried to speak to reception however they are only open from 3pm till 9pm for check ins. Our apartment was 101 and needs serious tlc. There was a leak in back garden to also a trip hazard. And the sewers stank so couldn't enjoy any time in back garden.

Location is good and parking was easy.
Check in - had to wait for more than one hour although I told them exactly what time I would be arriving.
The flat had a strange smell. Did not seem that clean. Toilet has some “left overs” from previous occupants. The water leaks out of the bath/shower area to the bathroom.
Air con switches off due to a sensor if you are jot in the living room. Windows are old and let the cold come in. You can see many things are getting old and need some renewal!

Location was great, only a few minutes walk from the marina. Apartment had all the needed amenities, was clean and a good standard.
The pool was drab and in a bit of a depressing state. Outdoor areas at the apartment blocks could do with some maintenance. If you’re on an early flight check they can accommodate, they didn’t/couldn’t for us, even though I requested ahead & one of the emails suggested they could. This is stressful if travelling with a child. Given the go ahead at 3pm to go in to the apartment, only then to be told, “oh actually after the cleaning team have been in!” This seemed like bad communication from my side, as the cleaning trolly had been there much earlier.
