They never permitted me to even enter the premises. The attitude, response of the booking agent everything was horrible and a nightmare. Totally a wrong decision from my side to book this facility and through OyO. This is the 2nd time this facility people cheated me like this.

Never booked the facility by just seeing the pictures in the website. It is totally worse in reality. There is no reception desk, but only a phone number, which no one picks up. Once pick the call.. they will say we have nothing to do with Bookings.com but come personally and claim for refund of the booking amount. We will offer at a different rate
