The room was very clean and spacious. The water pressure was good (this is a problem in the area). The fridge and AC were working ok. Free private parking is available with no issues. A special plus is the number of electrical sockets, which is usually a problem - there are lots everywhere.
The balcony door is broken and so noisy that it wakes someone sleeping in the room.
I couldn't find a place to dry clothes and beach stuff.
No extra pillows or blankets.
The mattress is average at best.
The entrance door was flimsy and did not close unless locked with key. Soundproofing is non-existant (although listed on Booking).

Good value for money. Clean and spacious room.
Unfortunately, the area is crowded with buildings with very short distance between them so there is no nice view.

modern office down stairs
nothing was never by but other apartments or closed resteraunts. The room I got was nothing like the room pictured. there was hair in my bed, no shower curtain, a micro mini fridge awkwardly by the door and no furniture. but for the price I paid it was worth it but I won’t be staying here again
