Nicely presented. Very clean and comfortable with all facilities required.
Just be aware that this area of Dunedin has many many steep and narrow streets and parking can be very limited although this residence has its own carport albeit very small.

Very helpful owners, would stay again when in Dunedin. Loved the property. Spacious and spotless, brilliant.

Very clean and cosy, As described and photos match the property. Friendly host with great communication and close to town (We had a hire car)
Shower- Hot water dribbles out so this could deter me from staying at the property again as its not ideal with NZ climate/ Cold weather
Washing machine was tiny and hard to navigate with the dryer above and its in a tiny pantry

Great location, very well furnished, very comfortable and felt like home
The toilet seat was loose and needed to be tightened and the dishes needed to be cleaned however we found the tablet still in the washing machine so most likely a machine fault

Lock box was a bit sticky and took a few tries to open.
Thanks for providing washer/dryer. Doors in front of washer & dryer were extremely difficult to open and close. Highly recommend replacing or repairing. Also trash and recycling completely full. We put out trash as instructed but can was filled with lawn trimmings same day. It doesn’t seem that counting on guests to put out bins is working.

Location: We were within walking distance of shops and driving distance to the centre of town. The house is high enough to get a glimpse of the water and the sunrises. As it turned very cold, the fireplace and the heaters were effective. The beds were super comfortable and the rooms very spacious.
With there being 2 couples it would have been more convenient to have the toilet separate from the bathroom. The 2nd double bedroom could do with bedlamps. The garage was squeezy but we managed to fit with an X-Trail.

Great location with easy access to CBD, Otago peninsula and Catlins. Very comfortable stay, quiet neighbourhood, home away from home with all facilities needed - laundry, full kitchen with all necessary items. Great views of Dunedin. There’s a very tiny carpark but we parked on the street in front of it. Never a problem to get a space. I’d definitely stay here again.

Very spacious and well-appointed, containing everything we needed. Communication and self check-in went very smoothly.
Private parking and a bus stop nearby, so an ideal location to go and explore the city of Dunedin.
No negative, just a word of warning: the streets in the area are steep and narrow, so driving around can be nerve racking at times 🙂

The house is amazing with a lovely verandah and stunning views over the city.
Also lovely inside, love all the blankets.
It would be great if the bathroom door had a lock.

We had 5 adults staying, and it was roomy and comfortable.
It was all good. No complaints.

Well equipped kitchen.
Plenty of towels.
Main bedroom had no opening windows or bedside lamps.
Bathroom had no powerpoint
Shower had a leak which made floor wet
Dining area too small. Only 3 chairs provided for a 3 bedroom house.
Access to washing machine was awkward. Also no basin.
Lounge chairs and dining chairs required a clean.
WiFi instructions were incorrect- however manager came promptly to fix.

The off street parking wasn’t to good for a ute. Was a very tight fit past the fence post. But fab other than that.

I thought the carport was a bit dangerous, with the loose bricks etc and if u drove over that board I’d hate to think what would happen.

Magic in Mornington provided us with excellent accommodation for our 3 nights in Dunedin. Our family were very impressed with the overall comfort provided by the property, everyone complimented the beds and the warmth of the bedrooms, considering we stayed in late Autumn in Dunedin that was a huge plus! The large TV went down well with the young people. The kitchen is very well appointed, wanted for nothing. Location was fine, getting into the city no problems at all.
Can't think of anything we didn't like, being an older, though well cared for property, it is located on a steepish street, which meant great views (Like most of Dunedin's hill suburbs), but take care on the footpath outside the gate, especially if it's frosty! But that is not a negative against the property.

Lovely comfortable house with everything you would need to enjoy your break away.
Bedside lamps would be great. Remote controls need new batteries.

spacious, clean, well equipped, very nice decor, heat pump, comfortable beds etc with on site parking.
option to cancel was there but more in advance of stay than some properties so unused night not refundable.
