The house facilities and location were nice.

The service provided by “the vintage” is simply BAD and unacceptable. 1. The provided password to the front door never worked. 2. The rubbish bin was full of disgusting rubbish prior to our arrival and we had nowhere to throw rubbish. 3. The BBQ area was not properly cleaned prior to our arrival and we had to deep clean before using. 4. The outside area are DIRTY, desks and benches are full of dust and stains, we had clean it by ourselves before using outdoor facilities. 5. After the check-out, cleaning fee of unreasonable amount was charged by the service team without giving a breakdown prior to the payment and our consent. 6. The staff maliciously accused us of stealing a pillow from the property without any evidence while the "missing" pillow was sitting in the wardrobe the whole time. This clearly demonstrates how rude the staff is when treating customers and further proves that they didn't thoroughly cleaned the house (how can they miss the wardrobe if they cleaned every corner of the house?) whilst scamming customers with unreasonable amount of cleaning fee. 7. We tried to argue with staff regarding the amount of cleaning fee being charged and the charging procedure, the service team staff were extremely disrespectful and insulted us with inappropriate words without any effort to establish effective communication. Don’t choose to stay at any property managed by this terrible team if you are only ordinary people like us, they only welcome extremely PRESTIGIOUS guests(quoted from the staff) and will insult you if you are not :). And we feel sorry for these house owners.
