Questa villa per non fumatori è in una posizione strategica: a due passi da baie in cui fare windsurf, da centri specializzati in motonautica e da molte altre località interessanti. Non avrai bisogno di perdere tempo per lasciare il tuo mezzo in un posto sicuro: qui ti aspetta anche un parcheggio. Poi non avrai che l'imbarazzo della scelta: potrai percorrere 9 minuti a piedi fino a Golfo di Biscaglia o 11 minuti a piedi fino a Port Bourgenay Golf.

Goditi il sole vicino alla spiaggia, leggi le tue riviste preferite a pochi metri da una piscina riscaldata o libera la mente da tutti i pensieri nel giardino di questa villa dove hai a disposizione persino una terrazza o un patio. Anche se decidi di restare in casa, potrai approfittare di Wi-Fi e TV via cavo/satellitare: annoiarsi sarà davvero impossibile.

Nella cucina troverai un forno, un piano cottura e un frigorifero, oltre a un kit per la preparazione di caffè/tè, un microonde e pentole/stoviglie/utensili. Mentre prepari la valigia, ricorda che qui ti aspetta un servizio lavanderia: non ti serviranno molti vestiti di ricambio. Ti stai chiedendo quali servizi e dotazioni siano inclusi? We returned for a second stay and were not disappointed. The house is maintained to a very high standard and spotlessly clean. We used the pool every day; it is perfect regardless of the weather. The kitchen contains everything we could possibly need and we loved the covered outside dining area.

Excellent location and facilities. Very clean and hosts were very friendly and helpful. Pool was amazing. Everything you need on your doorstep. Lovely location with a short walk to beach and port.

The house was immaculate, and has everything we wanted for a relaxing holiday. The living area is very spacious and the kitchen is incredibly well equipped. We loved the patio area and ate outside every day, helped by the shuttered cover that could be closed if the weather required it. But the best bit was the covered pool, heated to a perfect temperature and spotlessly clean. The location is ideal with shops, bars and restaurants a few steps from the back gate. It is a short walk to the lovely port, and a slightly longer walk (or short free bus ride) to the beach. We hardly used the car at all as there was so much to do locally. The area is fantastic for cycling, with many bike friendly routes and a cycle hire shop outside the back gate. We honestly couldn't have wanted anything more.

We stayed here first two weeks of August. The house was fairly clean, bath mats could do with a wash, but we moved these out of the way. The kitchen was well equipped we managed to cook various meals in the kitchen/bbq.The check in was ok but be prepared for the fact they stand and count your cash before entry. Our biggest problem was this property was advertised with WIFI and two of us on the trip run a business so this was a must for us and one reason we picked this property. This house Does NOT have wifi. Raised this with host and with vrbo and nothing. Let down by the false advert.Also the house is next to a very noisey bar. The live music does end 10-11pm everynight but the noise and shouting carries well into 2-3am every morning!. If you are after a peaceful sleep look else where. The amenities around the house are very good. Beach/restraunts are all within walking distance and the port with the wednesday market is lovely too.
