Nice staff, clean rooms, location.
There was water damage to the floor in the bathroom, dark stains on the floor facing the room, the door couldn't be closed, got a room with a window right against a wall, dark boring lobby, expect much better considering the price.

Staff were outstanding- welcoming, helpful with travel tips etc. Breakfast was great - wide selection of food, with some hot options, freshly squeezed orange juice, delicious coffee etc.
bar available on site
Location is unbeatable with train station 5 mins walk away plus loads of restaurants around. Lots of little groceries and decent Monoprix beside train station. Easy to find public laundromat close by.
Safe in room plus mini fridge
Highly recommend
