Very comfortable beds, good supply of toilet paper, nice view

Poor quality linen; Bathrooms all have functional issues inc little hot water , toilets not flushing correctly, minimal space, shower doors don’t close properly; Wifi/TV- not working despite owner offering minimal assistance to fix - confusing mix of wires to routers no good for amateur to problem solve ; Despite being non smoking unit, strong smoke leakage through entry door via passageway - can be cured by ensuring all windows and outside door open to flush air; Apartment located in partially completed building with multiple wire exposures and ill fitting internal joinery and doors; Poorly lit parking with only one way access around a curving narrow road; Asked to dispose of rubbish in black bin bag provided- no bin bag provided; No welcome pack of tea/coffee/milk/sugar; Only body wash vials provided - no shampoo conditioner; Iron provided - no ironing board found; On third night - discovered motion sensor under bathroom cabinet mirror to enable it to be switched off; Lots of light from adjoining car park into middle bedroom- disturbed sleep as window coverings were insufficient to block light; Difficult property to locate - actually located off Gratten Street - supplied property address is actually the name of the building.

The water pump is extremely loud. If anyone uses a tap in the night, it wakes everyone else.
