Et meget hyggeligt sted, pænt og rent. Fin lille have, hvor vi nød solen. Dejligt med gratis parkering. Tæt på Metro. Hyggelige barer i nærheden
Lokal området var lidt kedeligt og snavset.

Extremely clean. I have never visit the place clean like this one. Location was as expected.

The decor was amazing. Room was small but comfortable. Free coffee was amazing. Codes for the door made us feel very secure. The back patio was very cozy.
The location was, different, I'm a country person so city living is different. The people staying on the 3rd floor were very loud all through the night, could hear everything they did. The temperature in the room got quite warm at night.

This place is absolutely beautiful. The interior is furnished to the smallest detail. The beds are so comfortable - all in all it's the best accommodation we've stayed in so far.
Even the area is not as bad / dangerous as we heard about before. No creepy people on the streets ^^ And we found a parking space just around the corner.
Nothing to complain :)

Clean and comfortable
THE PARKING, I had to park my car two blocks away and always afraid , will the car be there next morning or stolen during the night Arrangments for client parking has to be arranged.

The space was beautiful and comfortable for our weekend getaway. We enjoyed our space and the provided amenities.
The listing doesn’t make it clear that the rental is shared among several renters. We weren’t aware that we’d be sharing the rental with others until the check-in email/text. The listing seems purposefully deceptive on this front.

The location - close to downtown, the neighbourhood around is up and coming. It's not quite a hotel, nor a b&b (in the sense that you get no breakfast). It's a three story walk-up heritage building, recently renovated. On the morning of your arrival the host will text you the code that unlocks front door, so you can arrive any time you want. Your room is ready, squeaky clean and beautifully decorated.first floor has common area with sitting room and a kitchenette with a keurig machine, a full size fridge/freezer, and a microwave (but no stove) that you can use. Guest rooms are on the second and third floor. The place is largely unattended - we stayed for 2 days and never seen the hosts, but they responded to our questions very promptly.
Beware: the 'free parking' means that you have to find a spot on the street, which means you may end up parking a couple of blocks away.
The room was rather warm for the blankets supplied, we only figures out how to close the heating vents when leaving the place.
Bathroom could use a hair dryer and some sort of a shelf for toiletries.
Enough nitpicking! =)

The house was absolutely gorgeous, very close to the subway and different places to eat. The rooms were amazing once I was in I didn't want to leave lol the bed was extremely comfortable. The owner spoke with my wife a few times and she is great! Very nice and welcoming and even made some homemade banana bread which was delicious. Definitely will be making a return trip everytime we go to Philly
Only thing that wasn't the greats was parking but could usually find something close by

The space was very well kept and comfortable. Everything was clean, well organized and well labeled. The rooms were clean and furnished well.
They say free parking as if there is a lot or a garage you can park in, when in reality it's just street parking. If you're lucky, there is a space not too far from the lodging. If you aren't lucky, you have to park several blocks away from the facilities. The only other issue I had was not being able to adjust the air conditioning in the room, as there is a thermostat that controls the entire dwelling. There was a fan in the room that helps.

The house is very nicely decorate with attention to details and a lot of taste. It is close to a place with many restaurants, about 10 min of walk, and also to the metro station to town.
There is no separate air-condition to each room, and the guests are requested not to change the temperature as it effects the whole 4 floors of the house. This is very inconvenient, especially if you discover that it is too cold or too hot late at night. This effects directly the comfort of those in the room. The neighborhood is getting better, but you can still find drug addicts on pavements in the morning, and I wouldn't recommend staying there for single women.
My main problem was that I was asking for an invoice, as the website states, but the host didn't know what I was talking about and stopped answering my messages. Booking service also could not help there.

Becca and Norm were so hospitable, and just simply amazing. The property has 3 bedrooms each with a private bathroom and television. Our private accommodations were "top-notch", thumbs up to the extremely comfortable beds and well-stocked bathroom. The common guest areas were meticulously clean, with all the necessary amenities, plus coffee, tea and homemade cookies. The outdoor patio and gardens were quiet and relaxing. The ambience is so soothing, and the decorations are "spot on"... quite intriguing. This property is definitely is an "artsy hidden gem."
There was not much not to like, except that finding a parking spot can be a challenge... but it is free! Once we found a spot, there was no need to move our car until departure. It is so easy to hop on the train just around the corner. If you are not diverse, you might feel a little uncomfortable in the neighborhood. Trust me, everyone was very friendly and we had a wonderful time dining at the local spots.

the interior of the house was very well designed and had very nice touches.
esp. the walls, the bathroom has niche decoration objects and having a very calm vibe.
the house is very close to the metro station so you do not need to take your car to visit Philly.
although the booking was made for a “suite” we only had a room and a bathroom private to us; all the dining room, and other areas were common to all guests. accordingly our room was around 20 m2 and not as mentioned in the booking listing as ~40m2
the sound isolation was also not that good for the room #2.

exactly as described and pictured. very nice furnishings and comfortable beds. the owners were friendly and the location was walkable. the provided soaps and towels were great and there was a tv and sound machine.
parking was a bit challenging but that is common in that area. the second night there were 3rd floor guests and it sounded like elephants but I could’ve been that guests particular footstep.

cosy area, owner was prompt with messages and the room was well decorated.
toilet sink was a little small, when using hot water, the flow of water will splash onto body. but small point. everything else was good :)

It was a beautiful place, very clean, very comfortable, and the host, Becca, was very responsive. Great stay for the price.
Free parking is street parking. We were fortunate enough to get the last space two nights in a row. Can't imagine what it would be like looking for a space if we weren't lucky.
