great communication with staff, roomy and clean apt.

just needed extra blankets but staff provided immediately upon request

clean. modern. high ceilings easy to get in and out of building/unit. easy street parking.

construction on street so closed a lot. north Craig (parallel street) is noisy.

The one side of the building is on Craig Street and the street noise is very loud. Part of staying in a city.

Host very friendly and communicated well and often. A few days prior to the trip, we were upgraded to a larger apartment cost free. Clean and nicely renovated/decorated in modern style. Loved the Amazon TVs! Close to campus in a quiet neighborhood. Plan to stay with this same host and host's properties several times when we visit our son who will be attending Pitt!

The only inconvenience, and its a very minor one, is that the apartment needs another trashcan or two. There was only one, meaning bathroom trash had to be carried into the main living area. That is really trivial but legitimately the only thing we could think of that wasn't 100% awesome.

So convenient and secured residence.
