Exceptional property- charming, spacious, clean and bright. Communications with host were wonderful. Highly recommend. Will stay again.

Had a wonderful week. House is absolutely beautiful and perfect for our visit. Loved the light and airy feeling. Had 2 elementary age grandkids with us. The toy availability, kid room set-up worked extremely well. Lots of bingo playing! Great yard for the kids to run around outside, climb the rocks etc. The house provided enough space - for kids to be doing there thing - separate from the adults as well. Kitchen was well stocked with cookware, dinner ware etc. My only suggestion - having a little more space to store food. Was limited to one cabinet, so a lot remained on the counter. Probably could have shifted a few things in the "pantry" area - currently with pots / pans - but for a week long visit - didn't take that on. Having linens and plush towels available is a huge plus. HVAC set-up worked well for all rooms very comfortable and quiet. Had a few hot / humid days where the AC came in handy. Did not use the heat! Most importantly - Kate was excellent to work with. Documentation re the house and the area was fabulous. Even labeled the light switches which was a huge help! Kate was extremely responsive with questions and very well organized with her directions and follow-up.While I've been coming to the Cape all my life, this was my first time staying in Brewster - so was fun to explore the area a bit more. My only frustration was traffic on 6A - which is not a new challenge by any means. I would absolutely stay here again....

We had a truly wonderful stay at Sandy Hill Cottage. The cottage was spotless, beautifully maintained, and decorated with a thoughtful coastal charm that made it both stylish and inviting. The layout was ideal for families - spacious enough for everyone to have their own corner, yet cozy for shared meals and evenings together. The kids especially loved their well-appointed bedroom filled with toys and games, while we all enjoyed the fun family board games provided for quality time after beach days. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to cook, and every detail showed how much care the hosts put into creating a welcoming retreat.Location-wise, it couldn’t have been better – just minutes from the beach, our favorite pond and close to Brewster’s shops and activities, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful and relaxing. Our kids loved having both outdoor space and easy beach access, and we loved having a clean, serene place to unwind after long days of exploring. The hosts were also wonderful – responsive, friendly, and made sure everything was seamless for our stay.We left with so many happy memories and can’t wait to return. I would highly recommend Sandy Hill Cottage to any family looking for a perfect Cape Cod getaway.

We had a phenomenal experience at the Sandy Hill Cottage! Kate was fantastic to work with - so friendly and quick to respond. Our family of four rented with our friends’ family of four and had a total of four kids ranging from 2 years to 6 years old. This property is an absolute dream for traveling parents! It included so many thoughtful details, including step stools, a booster, kids dishes, and toys that they actually want to play with. One of the things I appreciated the most was that she was very specific and communicative about what amenities were at the house and included plenty of pictures. We were able to leave a lot of stuff home because we knew we could count on high-quality toys, beach chairs/wagon, etc. The home was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. We are hoping to rent again next summer!
