View outstanding, the pool!!
Very close to the best restaurants of the island such as Nobelos

La villa est très belle, les équipements sont modernes, villa très propre
Le fait que la villa soit au bord d’une route, passage de voiture ou de piétons, bruit des voitures, vis à vis

New property. Very modern and contemporary. Great location.
Close to the road so a little noisy with traffic at times but nothing too intrusive

The outside of the property and the pool area were amazing. Agios Nikolaos is a great spot despite being far from the Chora.
The property wasn’t up to standard for the price. There were a number of defects which made the stay less than perfect. The property wasn’t cleaned properly before our arrival and furniture, doors, walls etc were damaged. Front door wouldn’t close unless deadlocked, gate wasn’t functional at all. Stools in the kitchen were all ripped.
Fantastic potential but unfortunately not worth the money.
