Good location. Comfortable beds. The heat pump was left on for us which was nice. Nice kitchen and handy to have washing machine and dryer. The vehicle turntable was convenient. Overall a nice place with amazing views

The brown woven mats were shedding and quite prickly on feet and remained stuck in socks which was very annoying and painful. The conditioner was watery, thin and foamed like diluted shampoo. The front door once locked from inside using the push button could not be unlocked using key from outside. The key would not turn at all. When I reported this i was told door is sticky needs to be repaired. Then when we left i was told nothing is wrong and its working fine. It wasnt such a big issue we accessed via the garage door but not nice to be told what we know is not right. The shower drain needs a clean out. It would not drain water and needed to be removed to allow water to drain throughout the time shower was in use. The door to one of the bedrooms with the bigger bed could only be opened about halfway as the bed was there blocking it. Just inconvenient to have to remember to squeeze through

Good location and views

Turntable for car was a bit hard to use to begin with. But once I figured it out, there were no issues. (Just need to hold and point the remote at the box in the ground attached to the turntable for a better connection)

Great stay for Queenstown. Very comfortable homey feel and suitable for family with young children. Bonus having garage for parking car. Beds were comfortable.

During the last part of the stay there would be a wastewater type smell in the laundry/toilet, but that could just be where the pipes run etc. Other than that it was an enjoyable stay

Wasn’t the cleanest. Smelly, dusty , dirty. Couldn’t get rid of the odour and piles of linen clean and dirty sitting in a garage downstairs was off putting . Washing machine had tissue through it . Not cleaned properly at all yet we pay a fee for that in our booking.
