WOW - the view from our suite was amazing! The staff was extremely helpful and friendly (11 out of 10). The room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. The hot tub and pool are incredible as well. They allowed us to do a late check-out sunday, giving us time for a quick soak before traveling home. 11 out of 10 all around!

I didn’t like that Booking.com has still not paid the hotel for my stay even when I paid Booking.com almost two weeks ago. This is my first experience with Bpoking.com and I am disappointed.

They charge $15 per stay for parking which is ridiculous!! The parking lot was tight and terrible! Maybe it would be fine if everyone drove a Prius!

Breakfast was great. There are several varieties to choose from and they change some of the menu daily. Warm food were freshly prepared.

One kitchen staff seem not so happy with her job.

Got charged extra for parking, but there was no special parking, and I was unaware I was going to be charged a parking fee. It is unethical to cut your prices, just to make up the difference with unexpected parking fees.

The breakfast location was perfect. The coffee was good and there was plenty of half and half available.

The breakfast food was a HUGE disappointment! The eggs were rubbery and cold, the sausage was cold, the fruit was not fresh and actually tasted spoiled, even the muffins had no taste.

B. The bed was comfortable. Room was clean. soap nice. Parking underground good.

Breakfast mediocre, (eggs and sausage were cold) and the setup was confusing. Our view was mostly construction with mountains, Restaurant closed on Sunday and Monday. front desk didn't tell us this.... they expected us to be on the website to see. No information in the room either. Not great for a new Hotel

The location was perfect, the bed was comfy and the kitchenette had full size appliances. The front desk staff were all awesome! So friendly and gave us great recommendations. The hot tub and pool were nice and clean.

Weirdly the sheets did not fit our bed and kept popping off. The breakfast was just okay; I guess since it’s free you get what you pay for.
