Cindy was very responsive and great to work with. She made sure we had enough kayaks for our party of 4, and brought bikes. House was comfortable.

Very clean and well equipped. Has everything you could ever need. Communication with Cindy was excellent. Screen porch off of bedroom was lovely. Mile walk to bar/restaurant on the water.

Cindy was easy to communicate with. She left us a nice "new years eve" package. House was really clean. Felt very "at home" while staying there. We were a little too busy on our trip. Wished we could have spent more time there. The enclosed patio was a nice place to hang out and watch the Ospreys, Egrets and other animals. Short drives to many awesome places to visit. Homosassa was a really great day trip to see Manatees. Tarpon Springs was another great day trip.
Overall a great trip for me and my family.

The trip was a great last getaway before the college semester started back! The house was amazing and had everything we could’ve needed, so glad I chose to stay here with my friends because we had a blast.

Nice back porch, washer & dryer, lots of kitchen pots & pans, comfortable beds, very clean throughout and nice seating area back by the canal.

Bday weekend!
My family and I wanted a little getaway for my sons bday! What a place and the commendations Cindy provided! We enjoyed our stay and planned on coming back again. Thank for for everything Cindy! Jameson loved the cookies and jet ski ride!

Great stay
The place was very nicely decorated and clean, with a great porch with a view of the water. Cindy was a great host, quick to reply and answer any questions we had. Very conveniently located, just a short drive to Spring Hill, where we have friends, so I'm sure we will be staying here again in the future!

Pictures do this place no justice. It's even more beautiful in person!!!! The host was the most kindest and welcoming host I've ever encountered. She's amazing!! She made sure we had everything needed to make our vacation go as smooth as possible!!! We even had a visit from the manatees!! Saving to my favorites because we will definitely be back! Fishing is the best here !! We caught tons of fish as well as crabs!!! The house was stocked with all the poles and crab traps we could use!! Beautiful, beautiful home and area!! I've always stayed on the beach but now believe canals will be where I'm booking from here out. This house is definitely a must see!!! Tons of things to do within minutes of the home.

Just what we needed for a few days to get away
This home is an exceptional value. It is less than an hour from Tampa, Clearwater Beach, and other nice beaches in the area. Kayaks, fishing poles, bicycles, a paddle boat, grill and did I mention it’s right on a canal with personal dock. The owner, “MS, Cindy”, is very nice and welcoming and she keeps a very tidy and clean residence. I highly recommend if you are traveling with kids . I highly recommend no matter who you are vacationing with.

My boyfriend and I stayed for two nights for his 22nd birthday. The house was absolutely gorgeous and the environment was peaceful. Cindy was always there when I needed her too ( great communication). We loved going out on the kayaks, just a wonderful stay all together!!! I highly recommend

Birthday Getaway
My boyfriend and I stayed for two nights for his 22nd birthday. The house was absolutely gorgeous and the environment was peaceful. Cindy was always there when I needed her too ( great communication). We loved going out on the kayaks, just a wonderful stay all together!!! I highly recommend

Perfect for our family vaca!
Cindy was absolutely amazing and her communication was great! We arrived in awe of how clean and beautiful the house was. Stocked with all of your kitchen, bathroom and water needs, from spices to bandaids to life jackets! She’s got it all! We’re already planning out next vacation at the house.

Clean well laid out. Almost every needed item for a great stay has been provided by the host! You would be hard pressed to find a cleaner well provided rental in the area! Compared to our stay a couple of weeks ago (2 blocks from this unit) this was the Ritz Carlton of rentals! Keep up what you are doing

Quiet and peaceful
Great accomodations!! It was peaceful, and we even saw a dolphin while relaxing outside near the docks. We were welcome to use anything we could see in the house, and the kayaks were great for the older kids!

This place was the cutest! My parents stayed. It was soo clean and stocked to the gills. They wanted or needed for nothing. Cleanest vrbo we've used! Cindy was the greatest host! This will be my go to for anytime my family is coming to town. Thank you Cindy for everything!!!

This was a beautiful property, with everything we needed for our stay! Cindy is an amazing host, and is very responsive! They Hudson area is nice and quiet! With plenty to do around the area! 10/10 will recommend, and plan on coming back again!
