Nice, affordable, clean

This place is perfect for out of town era wanting to catch a game. Very spacious and clean inside. Communication great. We were in town to catch some Cardinals games and it was absolutely wonderful.

The communication with the management company was excellent, the house was nice, clean, and it accommodated my group’s needs very well. I wish there were a bigger outdoor space with a grill, but the inside makes up for that. The neighborhood in general is ok. Its location definitely is good - a short ride from most things we did. Overall, we had a very nice stay.

This place was perfect for checking out all of the sights and highlights of STL. We could get anywhere quickly, the noise was minimal for an urban area and the floorplan made it easy for two families to enjoy. The lower level doesn't have a bathroom, which was unfortunate for littles, but the half bath in the main level helped accommodate the brushing of teeth and using the bathroom for those sleeping below. Smart TVs were a plus with Roku features (Disney+ for the win). Walking to the Soulard Farmers Market was awesome. Overall the property is smaller than I expected, especially the downstairs, but it worked. The photos are representative of the property but they are cropped and taken at angles that make it look larger than it is (I think every place is like that). The tri level footprint made temperature regulation difficult (warmer in the upstairs bedrooms and very cool downstairs however the ceiling fans kept us cool at night and I'm sure this was highlighted by the week we were there with temp in the triple digits. The mattress in the master bedroom was very comfortable but it took some getting used to, it felt a little bit like I was sleeping downhill. The kids toys were awesome and thoughtful, kudos to the owners for having these little play nooks throughout the property. We would absolutely stay again!!

Great location. Close to all touristy things of St. Louis. Quiet neighborhood. Green Park across the street. Could use more kitchen basics. Like drinking glasses, plates ,utensils for 10.(only had 6). A cookie sheet would be nice. Only had comfortable seating in common space for 4. Leaving 6 sitting in hard kitchen chairs. Only a 4 star rating due to the above.

Awesome location and loved the place! Close to everything we did in Saint Louis. Left lights on for check in and was very inviting. We would stay again!!

Clean and comfortable. Water leak in basement level laundry room migrates into the closest bedroom carpet. Some door fixtures were loose and repaired by us. Otherwise we would rate it good. Attempted to call host on Tuesday morning at checkout time, but did not reach anyone at the number listed in the email from them.

Menard St property fit our family of 7 very well! The streets and neighborhood was very quiet and apparently safe. We visited the Arch, City Museum, Zoo & St. Charles historic district. This turned out to be a great location for our activities. Everything worked as expected except the kitchen. We found leftover food items in the fridge and freezer. The cleanliness of the dishes was suspect. The outside trash cans were convenient but full. 2 kinds of coffee makers was a perk appreciated!
