Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Although initially disappointed with the fact that Suite 3C did not have an ocean view or veranda as the pictures seemed to suggest, the accommodation itself was excellent. It was exceptionally clean and centrally located. We especially loved the temperature and water pressure in the shower. It was great to have fresh drinking water, good wifi and coffee every morning, too. The view to the ocean (from outside) was beautiful and so peaceful. There was no noise along the beach, with only the occasional walker passing by. The backside of the property was a little noisier, as it was only minutes from Tropic Air, some current construction and the lively downtown life. That said, it did not generally bother us during the day or keep us awake at night, once the busy Easter weekend had passed. It was super convenient to walk to after arriving on the island by Tropic Air. Other than renting a golf cart one day to go to Secret Beach (45 min. drive), we walked absolutely everywhere. Just steps away were the Pineapples and Blue Water Grill restaurants, both of which had excellent food.Kaitlynn was an amazing host! She was always so quick to respond to messages before our actual trip and during the entire stay. She helped us arrange our golf cart rental and shared valuable information during our stay. She was always so cheerful and frequently checked in with us to ensure that we had all that we needed.

This is where we will stay next time. The only change would be to try Tropic Air because the entrance to their counter is directly across the street and we would not need to carry our bags several blocks. We walked to everything. The dive shop (Amigos del Mar), restaurants, the ferry. There is an Indian place right next to it, Oh! Bombai. We ate there the first night because we were tired and hungry, we ate there every additional night because it was the best Indian food we’ve ever had. Our room was WAY better than we expected. Not bait and switch. Clean, spacious, eclectic, quaint, charming. The host is great and very helpful. It is an extreme value.

The room was very nice and clean. Kaitlynn was amazing as our host. Continuous communication before we arrived and were super flexible when we had to change our dates of arrival by a day due to a scheduling conflict. They offer everything from local booking of activities and golf carts to advice on restaurants. Bed was soft for my liking but that is just me. We used the out front beach chairs but found it to be too hot with no access to shade. Planting some palm trees around the property would be amazing for shade or at the least have umbrellas to escape the blazing sun. Water out front is nice. We felt totally comfortable and safe.

This property is in a perfect location in San Pedro. It is on the waterfront and steps from several great restaurants and vendors. The staff is amazing and the owners are very nice. Unlike other rentals, they will clean your room daily and they have filtered water. We even had someone pick us up from the boat taxi and dropped us off so we wouldn't have to walk with the luggage. The only negative thing about the property is the bed in the room. It is pretty uncomfortable and feels more like a pullout couch bed, but as long as you aren't expecting anything fancy it will meet all your needs.Great property, highly recommend!
