Easy to find.

The breakfast was terrible. Came down both mornings and there was next to no food. No orange juice, no fruit.. the young staff don’t seem to understand that they need to be on top of refilling food When the hotel is busy. Our bathroom had dirt and hair on the floors and kids were running the halls at 11 pm. Very young hotel staff that don’t seem to concerned with anything.

Staff were extremely friendly. Great selection of drinks & snacks available at any time. Rooms are moderns and comfortable.

Elevator is extremely loud and only one side was working Restrooms in spa area were closed

The room was great and the shower was the best that I've had at a hotel. Love it! Super friendly staff and clean.

The breakfast bar was not fully stocked and your guests were frustrated. The one person they has stocking did an okay job but the second person was slow and looked hung over.

Early check in was allowed, fantastic breakfast, friendly staff and I requested a room away from the crowds due to my studies I am working on and they came thru perfectly for that. Thank you !

Party and barking dog upstairs

Staff so accommodating during severe winter weather. Craig was kind enough to pick us up at airport when shuttle not running and we couldn't get a taxi. Also there was an unruly guest in the evening hours that was immediately taken care of by security after our complaint.
