Very easy check in and friendly staff.
Bed wasn’t the comfiest and I didn’t see anywhere on the listing that it was a smoking room but I survived

The facilities, location and the good value

Location is quite convenient, near in Hiroshima station and many convenient stores around especially if you arrive late at night. The older lady in the morning shift was so sweet and helpful with arranging my luggage transfer. She took time to help me with the completion of the form and ensure that will arrive safely in the next destination. Absolutely saved the experience of the hotel during the check out time. Thank you so much!!
Horrible cigarette smell as soon as you enter the room. I was counting the hours to check out.
