This place worked out great for our families who wanted to visit Dollywood and the Smoky mountains. Great location, nice big space for the kids to play and all of us to eat at the dinner table.

Smokey’s Bunkhouse was the perfect place to stay for our multi-family trip to the Smokies. We had 3 families with kids ranging from 1 to 15 years old and it was a great fit for everyone! Close to town, Dollywood, WalMart, but secluded enough to feel far away. The property is very quiet. We loved the kids being able to sleep and play downstairs. Relaxing in the hot tub was great! The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. You do have to walk through one bedroom and a shared bathroom to access another bedroom, but it didn’t cause an issue. Communication was great, cabin was clean and as described. Would stay again and would definitely recommend!

This property was very clean. The location was away from the hustle and bustle of Pigeon Forge but also just a short drive from Dollywood. The space was perfect for our two families to have privacy and time together.

I stayed here for 4 night with 9 friends, 10 people total. The property manager was very friendly and very easy to contact. The cabin was very clean. The checkout instructions were clear and very reasonable. We found the price great for what we got.
We enjoyed being far enough away from the main road to feel like we had space to ourselves while also not being too far away for the days we wanted to go out and do stuff.
The only thing I would mention is that the driveway is indeed very steep. We had no problem getting up and down it, but it is something you should be aware of if your vehicle doesn’t do well with steep roads. Regardless, me and my friends had zero problems and I would recommend staying here.
