This location was a perfect ocean front property. The beds were soooo comfy! The kitchen is well stocked, as well. There were 2 main negatives for us.
1. The master bedroom is ocean front; however, the windows facing the ocean are sealed shut. We would have loved to be able to at least open them a crack to allow for perfect sleeping conditions. There’s nothing more relaxing than the sound of the ocean’s roar.
2. The A/C unit temperature is set to 73 degrees. This temperature was way too hot at night for us to sleep. If you are in menopause - you will roast at 73 degrees.
Otherwise, we truly enjoyed the peaceful, low key atmosphere.This condo is away from the hustle and bustle. It’s in a residential neighborhood and you will need to drive to get to any restaurants, bars or night life. This condo is well suited for adults only.

I have stayed in 4 different units in this building and this is by far the best and my “Go To” Unit.” I have lived in beach condos for years and I felt such at home in this unit. I live less than an hour away and my out of town family members visit annually. This unit will be my annual get away and hopefully the place in which I will celebrate my 60th birthday and 35 years as an educator in 2024! Retirement has finally arrived 7/31/2024.

This is a great, clean, condo in a quiet area south of Daytona Beach. You're close enough to the action but can retreat and relax. There's nothing like enjoying your morning coffee on your private balcony with the waves crashing below. The host was attentive and available to answer any of our questions. We would go back to this spot for sure.

We had a lovely time during our visit. The condo is everything we needed and exactly as advertised. We ate all of our meals in the unit and there was plenty of kitchen ware. The dining room table is big enough for meals and games. The condo is a corner unit and the master suite has windows facing two directions. The hosts are very helpful and responsive. We would and stay here again an recommend to others. Thank you from Nebraska!

The condo was as described with no issues. Condo owner was very responsive and helpful with detailed instructions. The views of the ocean from the balcony and master bedroom were beautiful and peaceful to wake up to! We were visiting family for the Holidays and the area is always peaceful and quiet. We would recommend the condo and area to others and would book again ourselves.

The condo was perfect for our stay and worked really well for our family! Loved the fun decor and location. Our littles loved the kids puzzles, which was a sweet addition. Hosts were great! Thanks again!

This condo was the perfect place for a quick weekend getaway. It was clean, fully stocked and decorated so cute! And the view....wow!! I don't know if I've ever been so close to the beach. Sitting up in bed and looking out and seeing the ocean was amazing! Also can't say enough about the owners...they were attentive, easy to work with and gave easy detailed instructions. I appreciated the texts checking in to make sure all was going well. I would highly recommend both the condo and renting from the owners.

Very quiet, easy to get around and the views were amazing. Just a short walk to one of our favorite places North Turn. Also, the owners were very supportive and made sure we were all good with our stay.

The condo is beautiful, especially the views from the living room/kitchen area and the main bedroom. Beach access was super easy and we loved that there weren’t tons of people around. The owners definitely pay attention to detail and provided helpful instructions and photos, so we never had any questions. I would love to stay here again.

This is one of the best properties we've ever stayed at. The views were perfect, the beach is clean and quiet, and the condo was ideally situated for our family of four. Owners are highly responsive if you should need anything. We would absolutely stay here again!

The owners were so informative and responsive. They have a beautiful place and the view of the beach from the master bedroom was stunning! Clean, comfortable, leather sofas, nice decor with fun beachy art…we had a lovely weekend and would definitely book here again.

Lovely decorated condo on the beachfront. We throughly enjoyed our stay and will be coming back to this condo again next year with our family. The location of the condo is great and the nights the weather was perfect we left the window open the ocean waves put you in a very dreamy slumber. Its the most refreshing rest and relaxation we have had in along time. Condo owners very attentive and communicative. A+ experience.

We've used VRBO for many years. Kyle and Sheree were two of the most hospital people we've known. The condonis so very cute and so comfortable and well equiped. We are usually on the Gulf but cantwait to revisit their very clean lovely condo.

5 stars all the way around. Great communication, great location, it felt like our home away from home for a long 4 day weekend trip. Steps away from the beach which worked out great for our young daughters who also enjoyed the onsite pool too. Highly recommend for young families looking for a relaxing beach getaway.

PERFECT in every way! Location and condo was simply gorgeous! Inside of the condo was SUPER clean and festively decorated for the beach, beautiful coastal colors. EVERY necessity provided and operable. Kyle and Sheree were AMAZING - absolutely no details left out, excellent communication! We cannot wait to stay here again!
