Except the food and non availability of room heaters, this property is excellent in terms of lactation, view, amenities, staffs, hospitality and value for money. Would stay here only when I go next to La Chung
Food quality and taste need improvement. Heater to be provided in the room

Very good hotel for my family.Excellent breakfast.Roomsize was good.
Staff shortage. Quiet expensive dinner buffet.Maximum electric sockets and mobile Charging points are not working. Hotel staff need to pay extra attention to resolve the issue. TV unit was also not working during our stay.

It is a very good hotel to spend your leisure time with your family members. Morning breakfast was awesome.
Dinner buffet is quite expensive.

Nice staff, good food and great location
There was no heater in the room and it was -2 outside, the room was like ice, and no heaters were provided, even the bed warmer doesn't work since there is no power and they don't switch on the generator
