Friendly staff, great location and undisturbed sleep. The pub offers food options and a bar to save travelling further in search of a meal.

Some of the older rooms are tired in places, however spotlessly clean. The new rooms are superb.

Eventbrite staff and check in was easy staff on the evening were lovely and a lovely meal

Omg the breakfast staff lady rude said they didn’t have enough large plates to use one for toast was putting Pastries our using her hands no tongs or gloves and still in her coat. The coridoors to the rooms had a terrible smell as did the room it was clean but very unpleasant won’t stay again

Fulll English breakfast for £10.50 which included full continental offerings was a bargain. The bar area was extremely cosy and the kids play area and outdoor kids activities on the grass were a bonus as we had three kids under the age of 8! The staff, including Andrew, Natalie & George were extremely attentive and went out of their way to ensure we were looked after at all times.

The bar closes in the night, breakfast only served until 09:00, and restaurant food is not available between 09:00 and the evening. Possibly due to limited kitchen staff and /or demand. Either way, there are many cost Bupa serving food in nearby Knutsford and Ollerton.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean enough not to be complained about and the bed was comfy. There were signs to make me think it might previously been a Premier Inn as it said Premier Inn on the mattress and there were purple trims around the place! The bar area was nice and cozy and doubled up as the dining room for breakfast. Breakfast was ok

It was a bit cold and the duvet was a bit thin, maybe a summer one. There wasn't a spare blanket so I had to put the towels on the bed for extra warmth. We could not get the heating to work. Bathroom supplies were very low, only 3 tiny bits of toilet tissue were provided and a box of tissues! There was a fousty smell in the corridors which thankfully wasn't in the room but the corridors and room are in need of a good refresh and redecoration. The place is dreadfully dated and looks like no updating has been done for several years. The location suited our needs at the time. I dont feel we got the deluxe room we thought we were booking judging by the photos of the room but given the price we paid I wouldn't complain but I would not book again!
