The apartment is in a really nice part of Athens, in a mostly quiet residential neighborhood. The street can get a little noisy, but the location is great. There’s a large supermarket just a minute away, the metro is close by, and there are several nice restaurants and cafés in the area, as well as 24/7 kiosks. Overall, it’s a very convenient place to stay.
It can get quite warm in the summer, especially since the bedroom is located in the middle of the apartment and doesn’t have a window. The hallway is also quite narrow, but overall, these are minor drawbacks and the positives definitely outweigh them.

This property is so lovely and cute for what we needed for our stay! It has great connections to get around Athens and the surrounding neighbourhood is really nice to hang out during the day and at night time! All the information/instructions were easy to follow and communication from the hosts were fantastic!
Dont have any negatives!

Posizione vicinissima a metropolitana, negozi, supermercato e locali, tranquilla e sicura.

2 min away from the subway station
well equipped kitchen
Unhygienic/smelly jacuzzi (small larvas went out from the jacuzzi jets holes), when we filled it with water, so we couldn't use it.
Missing slippers in the rooms (this facility wasn't mentioned as included, but it would be nice to have)
Ants on the floor
Missing mosquito net for the balcony door
Luggage room didn't felt safe (no security camera, no personnel), so we didn't use it
