Property was cosy, secure and heated well. We really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely book again in future, if in Christchurch again. Graham was an excellent host too!

Very warm; heat pump, fireplace, electric blankets, portable radiator. Loved the mini library and pottery deco was lovely to look at. Fully functional kitchen with sharp knives, cutlery, plates, pots etc made cooking very easy. Thank you for providing shower gel, hand wash, washing machine and dryer was also very appreciated. WiFi and tv was great too. Liked reading about the history of the house too and the backyard with firewood supply was brilliant. Having off street parking another bonus as didn’t have to hunt for a parking space. Thank you for an enjoyable stay. Coffee shops, dairy, veg shop and the Salvation Army thrift shop was a short walk up the road. Easy access to Wolfbrook Arena plus getting into the city was easy too.

A vacuum cleaner would have been handy with cleaning.
