Although is the first time I've stayed in a windowless hotel room, I loved my room as soon as I entered because it smelled nice, it was clean and cozy. I also like that they are environment friendly cleaning the room every other day. I'm planning to stay at the same hotel on future trips because of its convenient location
The fact that on my first night I had to eat pizza in my room bc everything was closed and the pizza box was missed on cleaning day. I stayed 4 nights which means the box was still there when I left. Other than that, everything was great

The staff was the best part. As a prior hotel manager I was very impressed by the quality of service in this establishment. The room was very clean and the beds comfortable. We would definitely stay again next time. I traveled with my one year old daughter and only stayed 1 night. Location was perfect for sightseeing and walking distance to everything.

Amazing location on The Strand, perfect for pubs, restaurants and the theatres. Literally next door to the Adelphi - so ideal for our trip. Very clean and modern furnished room.
The room was very small, well furnished but very compact - ok for one night but no more in my opinion. Also expensive compared to other options but presume you are paying a premium for location.
