The stay was exactly what we needed! A kitchen to cook the meals we didn’t want to eat out for and a cozy spot to come back to at the end of the day!

While this condo is very central and lovely..you need to be very aware. There seems to be a lot of homelessness, which is very sad. People were sleeping and shooting up in the parkade where we parked, our vehicle wasnt touched as we removed everything, but a window was smashed on the car behind us. It is vey loud at night with sirens. There is also some kind of night club below us that was very loud with music and people on the streets. After saying all that the condo is very lovely, very clean and met all out needs. Brie was very pleasant and very fast at getting back to us.

Apartment is cozy and very clean. However blinds are partially broken so you will wake up at sunrise if you do not wear a slipping mask. I would not recommend for more than 2 ppl even though there is a pull out couch as it is very uncomfortable. The hairdryer needs to be fixed as resistances are uncovered and could be dangerous. The apartment is located at one intersection from where many homeless people have a tent mounted on the side walk and unfortunately many buses stop are exactly at that intersection. The area is nice otherwise with some good restaurants and pubs. I like the idea of entering using my phone but unfortunately I had bad signal in front of the door and re-entering the apartment was kind of frustrating.

Excellent property not too far from the city centre; needed taxis in and out, though!
Vancouver is a beautiful and unique city, well worth visiting. The China town area surrounding the apartment was extremely dodgey and not safe. There were an awful lot of homeless people and drug addicts. This was never mentioned in the holiday apartment listing and is perhaps Vancouver’s Achilles heel !!

We stayed at Brie's in June with our two daughters under 5. With the sofa bed, the apartment was the perfect size for our family. It is well located, close to a lot of neighbourhoods we wanted to visit. The place was clean and well equipped. The communication with Brie was clear and quick. We definitely recommend this place if you want to visit Vancouver!

Good location!

It is well located, close to a lot of neighbourhoods we wanted to visit. The place was clean and well equipped. The communication with Brie was clear and quick. Great location! The place was clean, spacious and central to everything. Next door parking $12 a day was a bonus. Clear / quick communication during our stay. Would stay again and would definitely recommend :)
